It's good, the staff are nice and polite, but the owner is bad. Just asking about someone knocking on the door, they don't care about safety. Do customers think this is normal? The bathroom smells a little musty.

The room musty, especially the bathroom smells very musty. The room is not soundproof.
Some female employees seem unwilling to provide service. The customer opened the door and walked in. Instead of greeting the customer, he said hello. But instead, I looked and just sat there (sullen) until I had to walk in and notify that I had made a reservation🙄
P.S..The room is not that bad. But the customer service of some employees should be greatly improved.
