Good clean apartments in a convenient location. Lots of stairs to most rooms, no lift, so be prepared to carry bags up and down. No coffee tea in rooms, so you have to go up and down to ground floor to get hot water.

The hotel has good service, but the guests are not considerate of others. They are very loud. At night, around 3 am, I am not happy with my sleep.

It's not very soundproof. People walking by can clearly hear the loud conversation in the room.

Overall, it is a very good hotel, clean, good location, quiet, and the staff is very good.

The garden is very beautiful, but staying on the ground floor there are a lot of people walking around. The room is not soundproof. The sound goes in and out very easily. Everything else is ok.

The location is a bit difficult and there is absolutely no sound insulation, that's why my score is low. If sound and location are not a problem, you can stay in a place like this....

The room is not very soundproof.

I used this place to watch a Khon Kaen United FC match because it was close to the stadium and the beds were spacious. It's nice to have staff available 24 hours a day. There was no hair dryer. Two bottles of mineral water are complimentary each day. It was also cleaned every day. The drainage in the shower room is too bad. When I asked about taxis, a female staff member contacted me. It's about 2300 yen per night and can accommodate up to 2 people, so it's quite cheap. It was nice to have a place to wash and dry clothes. All the users were quiet. I have a dog. I was able to find it quickly using Google Maps and there are signs so it's easy to use. Coffee, tea, and water are available for free. There is a lot of nature, so there are occasional bugs, but you can wake up to the sound of the chickens. There is a temple nearby
