I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

I stayed at an IHCL hotel in May and, while the property itself was decent, several issues made my stay less enjoyable. Firstly, the condition of the hotel was not up to the mark, with noticeable maintenance problems in my room. This was disappointing, especially given the reputation of IHCL hotels. Moreover, the staff's attitude was not welcoming, which significantly impacted my experience. One of the hallmarks of IHCL hotels should be their friendly and accommodating service, but this was sorely lacking. For instance, when I requested additional water bottles, I was directed to fill my own bottles from a cooler in the corridor. This response felt quite cheap and unprofessional, particularly for a hotel under the IHCL brand. I expected better customer service and a more guest-centric approach. Given these issues, I would not recommend staying at this particular hotel. There are plenty of other options where you might have a more pleasant and comfortable experience. The combination of poor maintenance and indifferent staff made my stay less than satisfactory, and I believe there are better alternatives available. It is unfortunate that a hotel under such a prestigious brand failed to meet basic expectations.

I am staying in this property from last so many years and always I feel homely atmosphere.Mr Dhar General Manager of the property treats us just like his family members ,he is very humble and helpful .Rooms are spacious ,neat and clean.Food is tasty and yummy .Mr Rana Restaurant incharge is a professional and dedicated person

really apperciate the hospitality provided by hotel , staff is really friendly & helping in nature ,breakfast quality was awesome, Anita as hotel staff at restaurant was really helping customers & take the feeback about comfortness. Recommended once visit to Katra. Food specially south indian i.e Dosa , Idle & Shambar was delicious & even Kids like all that things , thanks

The hotel was so good and the staffs are very cooperative and have a good hospitality manner. And the view from each rooms was breathtaking.
