Katra Hotels with Pools

We stayed at Marriott Katra for 3 nights and it was a memorable and Perfect Stay !! Special mention to Deepak – who is ROCKSTAR and did everything possible to make us comfortable, right from arranging car for pickup until drop, he was always a step ahead in making sure we don’t ask for anything and our services were fulfilled, right before time !! Very humble, down to earth and for being a consummate gentleman and extending us the full Marriott experience. Excellent customer acumen and way to go Deepak !! Special thanks to Ravi to make our stay so perfect and memorable. He and his team were always so proactive in their customer service and we are truly happy to have stayed at Marriott and look forward to visiting it again ! Ravi - You Really made us feel like royals! The list of people who enriched our experience is exhaustive, but special thanks to: Ashok – as Our most outrageous request too was gladly fulfilled by him - customized nice Strong Ginger Tea, also thanks to Anuj, Uma Shankar, Vishal and Vishal, – Restaurant Manager and Chef Pankaj for their gracious hospitality and extremely delicious food and dessert !! Personal attention was given by Dharmveer from house keeping for ensuring our ad-hoc requirements were fulfilled timely and last but not the least Sahil Sharma from Loss Prevention Department – who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, sightseeing and extending all local knowledge about the place and Darshan !! Thanks to Lalit Bhati – who was quick enough to resolve some technical glitch in our room and was very polite / prompt !! Overall, 6 Stars out of 5, Incredibly service Oriented – whenever we visit Katra, we will ONLY stay at Marriott !!

We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. Staff at the hotel and at the restaurant are helpful and professional. Hotel offers free drop off at Banganga and the driver helped us get the yatra pass. Hotel is quite new, very clean and convenient. A shuttle is always available at a nominal price. Located very close to Katra station.

I went with low expectations after reading mixed reviews. But to my surprise stay was very comfortable. It is a budget hotel. Room size was okay given the location. They had provided us with heater and hot air blower. This made room very cozy. I had booked with the meals included. They provided very good food. Variety was less but quality of food was superb. Manager shakier was very helpful. They provided us with all the support required. Location is very close to gondola. You can walk from hotel. Close to the market as well. Location was a big plus.

The hotel was so good and the staffs are very cooperative and have a good hospitality manner. And the view from each rooms was breathtaking.
