There is a flight departure schedule screen in Lobby and 2mins walking distance to airport. Very convenience.

 Lightly is not enough, there is no ceiling lamp inside the room, except one in the corridor. The phone i side the room doesnt work at all, I need to go down to the G/F reception to request for a service. Need to waiting for a queue for each enquiry.

The hotel is in a perfect location, an added advantage is that it is connected to the airport building by a walkway. Good soundproofing of the rooms, comfortable beds, the only small complaint is the wardrobes and bathroom which are a bit outdated, but not bad. The staff is polite and friendly. the breakfast is excellent with a decent choice. It deserves a recommendation.

Spacious rooms and conveniently located next to the airport as well as the metro.

We were used to clearing all immigration and security and passport control before we shop and dine in other airports. So we conveniently forgot that there was one more passport control to clear after we entered the airside, and we took our time to shop n lounge. By time we headed to the boarding gate, we were shocked to see a long queue in front of the passport control counters. Our flight was scheduled to depart at 12noon and even though we arrived at the queue at 11am, by 11.35 we were still in the middle of the queue. We had to request the people ahead of us whose flights departed later to let us skip queue. It was quite embarrassing. I am wondering if the airport can consider changing the procedures so that we can shop and relax with a peace of mind and just head to the boarding gate with no stress.

This i hotel is ”ok” but after staying at this hotel a couple of times so far this year (and several times previous years), I plan to select another hotel the next time. The most annoying issue is the long checkin and checkout and the impolite and rude behaviour of the reception staff. They admit that the checkin takes time and motivate it by saying that ”it sometimes takes one hour to checkin” (meaning ”be happy, your checkin took ”35 minutes””). The second annoying issue is that the furniture is dirty (see the photos). However, the breakfast is good and the breakfast staff is kind, pleasant and service oriented. After staying at a hotel in three continents 40 nights so far this year, some of these nights at airport hotels, I think this hotel does not correspond to its number of stars and how airport hotels (of this star number) are.

Friendly staff but totally inflexible. Strictly followed every rule, no way of helping us out in a difficult situation, not even with small things like a cup of coffee. The room was nice but the shower dirty. It was old dirt from a long time ago. Electrical outlet broken. First impression is wow, but when you look closer there is a lot of work to be done.

Extremely convenient location and easy short walk from the airport to the hotel. Cleanliness was top and the shower/douche products of good quality. Very friendly and efficient reception personnel. The only critique would be that they could have provided a bottle of water in the room, since there is not much around, especially for the room price tag that comes with the proximity to the airport.

The location of the hotel is nice, just a short walk from the airport Terminal 3. This is important for us as we landed during the midnight. The room size and hotel design is good. We all had a comfortable rest.

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with a great bathroom- huge towels!- and a very comfortable bed with nice pillows. Great stay!
