Popular Kanazawa 4-star Hotels

There are 3 good points. 1st, the location is very good, as it was walking distance from/to most of the places I wanted to visit. It's about a ~10min walk from Kanazawa Station, so no hassle getting to the hotel when you arrive. It's about ~10-15min walk to Kanazawa Castle (金沢城) and Kenrokuen (兼六園). The Omicho Market (近江町市場) is literally right across the street, so you can easily hop over there to either start or end your day with some sushi. For the more distant places, there are nearby bus stops to get to areas like the Higashi Chaya district (ひがし茶屋街) or the museums. (Though if you prefer walking, Higashi Chaya district is still walkable at about ~15-20mins). 2nd, the room was quite spacious for a solo traveler, as compared to the typical business hotel. It has a unit-type toilet+bathroom, but it was spacious enough that you can change in there (I think it can even fit 2 people at once). The room was very clean and tidy, and since all rooms are non-smoking, the place doesn't smell funny. The room provides complete amenities like the hot water kettle, a ref, and enough sockets for charging your gear. 3rd, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The selection of both western and local japanese dishes made it worth its price. There is unlimited coffee too, which is available even outside the buffet (great for people who can't go throughout the day without coffee). The staff speaks English well, so no worries if your Japanese skills aren't that great like me. All in all, would gladly stay here again if I find myself in Kanazawa :)

There is free ice cream to eat in the hot spring Breakfast is very rich, children like salmon caviar, you can add unlimited 😂 There is instant fried tempura, but also the coffee machine has matcha latte. The hotel has access to lift parking voxy seven-seater can enter You can walk to Kanazawa Omicho Market, very close.

Location: very conveniently located right besides the bus stop for buses back and forth from Kanazawa station as well as other major touristy spots. But even walking wise everything including Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa castle, the famous districts & also just 2-3 min walk to Omiya shrine Hotel & Room standard: Elegantly classy and very contemporary rooms. Size was also pretty good and comfortable enough for 2 people for standard room. Room amenities are also very good and the Public bath at top also looks quite fancy. Staff service: Was very very impressed with the staff service. I think everyone spoke & understood basic English to assist with any questions. Furthermore they even have great personalised hotel brochures for restaurants and spots nearby the hotel and what cuisine each offered which I found very helpful. Overall an easy 5/5 stay

It is a hotel that is assumed to stay for a long time such as washing machine and microwave oven. The interior is new but a little shabby, the room is spacious and convenient. The room cleaning at the time of the consecutive night is paid, the sheets exchange is １ weeks, and the towels and room clothes are exchanged every day. Some people may regret booking without knowing this. On the other hand, if you only stay for one night, you can enjoy the cost reduction effect of these operations without working. Breakfast is less than a city hotel than a business hotel service breakfast.

The hotel that we stayed in was SUPERB!! Its very ideal for us having kids as the hotel is situated few minutes walk from the station plus the underpass that protects us from cold since we are not used to a very cold/snowy winter plus closed to restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were all friendly, polite and respectful. They’re all lovely and helpful! We had a spacious and tidy room as well making as feel comfortable and gave us a complete relaxation after a whole day activity. We’d love to visit Japan and go to Kanazawa again next year and we’d love to stay at Hotel Mystay Kanazawa. Trasmonte Family from New Zealand

Grass service! Friendly welcome staff. Unlimited free Saki after 3pm. Stayed there during the new year. And experienced earthquake on January 1st 2024. Staff was very professional about it. And evacuated everyone fast. Hotel did not collapse! :)

近江町市場からすぐ。 ファミマも近い。全国支援の斜面などでチェックインは時間がかかる。 特に荷物を預けている人の受け取りとチェックインが重なると、並んでいても順番がぐちゃぐちゃになる。 できればチェックイン時間前に荷物を預ける際に、チェックインの書くものや説明することを終わらしてから、外出してもらうだけで、戻ってきた時に鍵と荷物を預かればチェックインがスムーズになる。また、荷物受け渡しのレーンと呼び鈴をつければチェックインアウトと荷物の受け預けが重ならないのでいいと思います。 ホテルは新しく綺麗。 客室は、広め。トイレとシャワールームが分かれているのがいい。 暖房の効きがよくベットの寝心地も熟睡でき問題なし。 コンセントが多く使いやすい。 ベットサイドに室内の電気コントロールがあるがいい。 収納スペースが多いのがよく、 ミネラルウォーターも無料でついている マイナス点は 洗面所のお湯の湯量が少なく使いづらい。 ハンガーラックスペースがシングル利用ならいいが、ダブルだと狭くて使いづらい。 お風呂に行くための外履きが欲しい。 1番辛かったのは、 ワーキングデスクに椅子がないので、仕事でパソコンや書き物をするときに使いずらい。デスクがあるのになぜ椅子がないのか？ 冷蔵庫の冷えが弱い。 タブレットのリモンコン反応が悪く使えない。 大浴場は露天風呂もあり気持ちよく体全体が温まるし、サウナもある 一部ロッカーの鍵が壊れていて、鍵を閉めようとすると鍵が抜ける。2箇所ほど同じ現象のロッカーがあり。開け閉めに苦労した。 朝食は洋食スタイルで、パンに合うものが多い。金沢といえば海鮮だから和食が飽きる人もいるので洋食はいいと思う。内容は良いと思います。課題は連泊だと内容が変わらず飽きること。

I think this hotel is out of my expectations and it deserves a comment. The location is nearby the train station. Take around 5mins to get to shopping mall and train station. Staff are friendly and their English is quite well-spoken. The room is clean and new. There’s a massage chair inside. Bathroom is spacious with bath tub and shower base. Highly recommend this hotel!

I went to the inn around 1pm to leave my luggage before check-in, but they said the room was ready, so I was able to check it in even though it was before 3pm! You can leave your luggage for free! At that time, I decided whether I would have Japanese or Western food for breakfast. The room and lobby were very nice and clean. There was a plastic bottle of water in the refrigerator in the room, two types of bath salts, and pine and plum trees in the room! Although there is no hot spring, the bath was spacious, clean and sufficient! There are also free drinks such as hojicha, orange juice, apple juice, and water, which you can take back to your room. If you go to the lobby between 21:00 and 23:00, you can get free soba noodles! I came home from dinner and wasn't sure if I would be able to eat one serving, so I asked if it would be okay if we both had one. When I asked him about it, he told me that it was about half the amount of a normal serving, and in the end, I was able to enjoy each one at a time🥰 I chose Japanese food for breakfast, and the grilled Nodoguro fish was so fluffy that I was impressed! There were a lot of side dishes and they were delicious, but it might be a little too much for women. I can't! I was able to relax and have a great time at a nice inn!

About 7 minutes walk from JR Kanazawa Station. After passing through the underground passage at the west exit of the station, walk straight with the station behind and climb the stairs and walk straight further, you will find the hotel on your left. It may be a little difficult on a rainy day. There are about 7-Eleven next to two houses. There are few restaurants as far as the eye can see, so it is on the station or east exit side. The hotel is clean and you can leave your luggage before check-in. Check-in was smooth and the response was good. The elevator will automatically press the button on the floor of the room when you hold the card key. A card key enters the room and the morning public bath. The room was single but the bed was spacious and I could sleep slowly. Because the air conditioner was at this time, there was only heating and air blowing, and the inside of the room was hot, so it was difficult to adjust the room temperature because it was not possible to put the air conditioner. Wi-Fi and desk are large, and there are two outlets on the desk, which is perfect for work. The refrigerator is small but can be used enough. There is also an outlet on the bedside. It is good to be able to do all the electricity in the room. There are 3 hangers in the closet, but there is no shelf to store other clothes, so it is inconvenient for long-term stays. Also, the wash basin is narrow and there is no towel hanger (it is caught by the knob of the shower booth door, but the foot wipe mat has to be moved to the shelf above the toilet. Very unusable because the shower booth knob is low. There are two large baths: inner bath and sleeping bath. There were not many washing places to wait, so I was able to spend comfortably. There is a vending machine outside the public bath, but only cash. The breakfast venue was on the 2nd floor and the windows were wide and bright. The meal on the first day entered ８, and the number of items was reasonable, I felt that there were a lot of fried foods overall. The good thing is that there are two types of burgers. On the second day, I heard that it was better to even spend time because there were many guests, so I entered the store for ８ Time ４５ Then, unlike the first day, the number of products was small, and I was disappointed that there were no tongs or sauces set for each dish. I felt that it was better to use it early even if it was a little crowded. Check out was smooth. After checking out, you will keep good things. If you stay for consecutive nights, it is best to stay without breakfast
