Hotel is at very good location, highly recommended.

The location is good and there is no problem with eating and drinking at night. The facilities in the room were also clean and I felt at ease.

At the reception, the staff was very friendly. They solved all our questions professionally. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was very clean! The refrigerator is a little weak, but it's fine for cooling drinks. Cleaning is only available for 4 nights or more? It seems that you can't get it in unless you leave, but I didn't mind, and the towels were changed every day, which was nice. It was nice that I could watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. in the room.

It was a beautiful hotel ^_^ There are restaurants and shopping nearby There are also facilities such as Tokyu Department Store. I think it's a good place♪ However, the designated coin parking is far away. I felt that this was the only bottleneck for those coming by car.

The room was very clean and the lighting was calming, so I was able to relax.

Great location, very prosperous, clean rooms

Our travel agent arranged our stay for 2 nights because we were unhappy with a previous hotel in Kanazawa. We were more than happy to stay at TMark. There was a Nespresso machine in the room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We were on a b&b package and we were given vouchers for 2 restaurants in the market where the Japanese breakfasts were great. Worth the 15 minute walk to breakfast. The hotel staff were competent and helped us with our baggage forwarding. We had 2 good nights at this hotel, took a taxi to the station both evenings where the shopping is abundant and restaurants pretty good.

Although it is easily accessible from Kanazawa Station and close to the bus stop, you will not be able to find the hotel unless you look carefully. The room was dark and the mattress was very comfortable to sleep on.It seems like there are a lot of pillows, but if you are looking for something on your iPhone, it's better.For breakfast, there is a reasonable number of items to choose from. The people from overseas probably don't know the steps for making breakfast, but if there is something to show them, the staff will explain it to them in Japanese or with gestures. I am very dissatisfied with the fact that hair is not cleaned in the bathroom. Did you check the room before checking in?
