Patient, efficiency and polite reception counter check-in service. She is patient to introduce free coffee provided, also the self collect of cloth, toothbrush, comb, etc…….health product. Good service.

I was able to enjoy a pleasant business trip with the best value hotel, delicious food, and clean rooms.

Excellent hotel. It was above my expectation. Very clean and comfortable rooms and great location. Convenient to the train station.

The bathroom was easy to use and had few steps. The room was also clean. For some reason the clock was set an hour early, so I accidentally checked out early. Other than that there were no problems. Thank you very much.

If you go east from the west exit of Kanazawa Station, follow the unnamed road. It's not like all R&B places are like that, but the tablet-sized TV is impressive. You can't use it, but I think it's a really good place to check in or leave your luggage and go sightseeing.

The room was not large, but spacious enough to relax in. The air conditioning worked well, so I had a comfortable stay. The station was only a few minutes away, and the hotel's paid parking was cheap. The breakfast was limited, consisting of bread and curry, but it was delicious and clean.

It's located halfway between the station and my workplace, so it's convenient. The front desk service was smooth and the room was clean. The breakfast was also good and reasonably priced.

Very clean, with new facilities, about a 10-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. The hotel front desk service hours start at 1 p.m., so friends who want to store their luggage in advance can store their luggage at Kanazawa Station first.

The parking lot was small and there was a fee, and only spaces reserved for small cars were available, so I had to park in a nearby multi-storey car park, and moving around with my luggage was tough on my tired body. I wonder if the female staff member who helped me when I checked in was still new? When I asked a question, she couldn't answer right away, so she had to go to the back to ask, or something like that, every time... The room had been renovated and was very clean. However, there was a lot of dust building up on the bathroom exhaust fan, which bothered me and drew my eye to it. The hotel was conveniently located as I could walk to Kanazawa Station. If I have the opportunity to visit Kanazawa again, I would like to use this hotel again.

I had to pick up the amenity pajamas from the front desk on the first floor, which was inconvenient since I had other luggage. The location was good, as it was close to the station.

When I went to the guided room, it was painful because it was an obviously used room full of garbage. The variety of amenities is small.

在金澤站很近的地方哦 雖然這裏沒有顯示金澤站顯示七步啥的，其實大交通過來可以 床品也可以的。就是沒有水提供 還收200税…其他酒店就沒有的呢。牙刷和洗漱用品都是一樓自取 也提供咖啡是下午到凌晨這時間哈哈 美式的可以另外個味道怪怪

女性1人で泊まりました。 ビジネスホテルということで清潔感は諦めていましたが、そんなことはなくとても綺麗でぐっすり寝られました。 フロントの方も常にいるので安心です。
