Overall a quality service. However, the cocktail (Long Island) at NINETY 9 roof top bar didn’t meet my expectation.

I left my perfume there, but they just keep silent.

Watch is the best hotel in Kampala. The rooms are clean, but I do not recommend the restaurant.

The service in the hotel was very poor. During my two-day stay, there were no slippers. I called the room several times to ask for help.

The hotel facilities and hardware are great! The breakfast is also very rich! Cons: The balcony of the room is open, it feels unsafe to sleep at night! The most important thing is that the downstairs bar & activities are too loud at night, it's like sleeping on the stereo. Will not live again next time! The music is extremely loud in the evening till the midnight. Cannot sleep. I will never stay in this hotel.

It was very noisy, there was a party almost every night, it was impossible to rest! The window connects to the public corridor, which is unsafe.

The room can't see the city view. I asked for room adjustment many times, but I ignored it!

熱水需要超過20分鐘，前台和客房服務極差，不能使用信用卡結賬的，必須要現金交易，對服務極度失望，不推薦住宿。

這個酒店有小偷，他們的工作人員就是小偷裡應外合，我們在這裏丟失了人民幣和當地貨幣，然後找他們經理反饋，他們態度挺好，但是不給解決也不給查監控一直拖延。 我跟朋友早上起來一塊兒去吃飯的時候，他們餐廳的工作人員問我們房間號，然後回房間，我們發現錢就丟失，後來我們琢磨了一下，就是在餐廳的時候工作人員問我房間號，然後這個工作人員給他的同夥報信他的工作人員去把我們的錢給偷了，這是我們的猜測。衹有酒店內部人員才能進入我們的房間外面人是不能進去的，所以説這個酒店的工作人員是小偷。
