I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

The service attitude is very good, the children like to eat snacks, and they are considerate to prepare children's toothbrushes and slippers for the children. There is also a children's activity area, the bedding is comfortable, and it is very close to Wansui Mountain. The hotel is designed to be high-end, with dry and wet separation, quiet and comfortable.

I came here to study. I booked a hotel on Ctrip on the first night and got a free room upgrade. It's a good hotel with spacious and bright rooms, free parking, convenient transportation, and a stylish lobby on the first floor. It's also close to the scenic spot.

We went out to play until 11 o'clock in the evening the next day and returned to the hotel to drive back. The front desk staff opened the door for us at the exit of the parking lot. The transportation is very convenient, and the subway and bus are nearby. The room is super clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The environment is quiet and makes people feel happy! The lady at the front desk is not only pretty, but also very considerate in service. She sent us a guide to local food, drink and entertainment for our reference. We stayed here for two days. The overall environment is very clean and quiet. The soft furnishing design is aesthetically pleasing and worth recommending!

The front desk lady Qingqing arranged a quiet room for me, which allowed me to sleep comfortably until noon. The hotel environment is very good, with its own parking space, which is very convenient. There are vending machines in the hotel and a small supermarket next to it. The transportation is convenient. It is not far from the scenic area and there is a bus stop at the door. It is very convenient to go to the scenic area. If I come to Kaifeng again in the future, I will stay there again.

We parked the car at the hotel and took a taxi to Wansui Mountain after arriving. So there is no need to find a parking space at Wansui Mountain. The price of the hotel is pretty good.
