開封大宏喜來登的房間及硬件設施和早餐還是不錯的，但是在入住期間發生了不愉快的事情：房間沒打掃。早餐後門把手上發現一個字條（已拍照留底但無法上傳），大意是清潔員來過了沒打掃，還會再來。我們晚上回來時房間依然沒打掃。次日退房向前台反應此事，對方解釋，很可能“請勿打擾”燈亮了，按規定員工不準進入（這個解釋可以接受），又説員工打過房間電話無人接聽，我説既然如此，説明房間沒人，可以進入。答：有的住客不懂接電話。這個解釋有些荒唐，拒絕接受，表明在管理上有漏洞。

酒店不在開封鬧市內，因為是喜來登的名字所以預訂了這個酒店。前台服務接待專業，熱情，非常滿意。房間設施一看是老牌五星級酒店，該有都有，但絕對沒有智能化的東西。早餐還可以，服務很好，但品種豐富性上距離其他喜來登略有差距。
