二次到訪 第一次還是小朋友一歲的時候。相比首次，酒店運營更加成熟，售前的服務和在店的服務都很棒！感謝Charon 的理解和幫助，為帶小朋友的我們一家做好後勤保障，玩起來完全沒有後顧之憂。駐店餐飲也很不錯～早飯的油條 胡辣湯 小餛飩等超級好評！大堂的蓋章打卡也很有文旅氛圍，真心融入當地 切實服務到位！以後打算每年定期回訪啦～

酒店旁邊就是汴西湖，風景優美。服務更是貼心周到，我們要了三間湖景房，有長者，前台小帥哥提前安排到一個樓層，還細心的把開封旅遊攻略發給我們，讓我們每天都安排的非常充實。酒店餐廳的早餐和晚餐也非常不錯，服務到位、菜品精緻。特別是早餐的槓子油條簡直是太棒啦，全家讚不絕口
