第四次來開封了，第二次住喜來登。這次比一年前好很多。一年前不管送外賣，這次管送了，最次也有機器人。而且也不收按金了。

五星酒店，大堂不奢華氣派，但服務規範周到不從簡。房間設施齊全，處處體現以人為本，由於頸椎不好打電話給前台，很快服務員就送到房間。衞浴間是三分離形式，裝修精細，使用起來方便。
早餐豐盛，中西結合，自助形式方便不同口味的人，老少皆宜。
酒店旁邊有萬達廣場，購物餐飲一應俱全。
自駕住店的客人，可免費停在酒店的北廣場停車。
