酒店服務特別貼心，我們帶寶寶旅行，特意給孩子送了手工香包，小童洗漱用品、小童零食禮包，還有新鮮水果。下午還送來雪梨銀耳湯。特別感謝客服人員：白春花，胡金紅，丁陽陽，樊珂，李紅，蘭亞。另外酒店的早餐和晚餐自助也很豐盛，還融入了不少當地美食。下次我們來開封旅遊，還會毫不猶豫地選擇開元名都酒店。

酒店非常大氣，房間整潔，舒適，前台小姐姐還幫忙升級了湖景房，感謝！在房間陽台上看看風景，很是愜意。房間的飲用水管夠，晚上睡眠很舒適，周邊非常安靜。自助早餐也非常豐盛！歡迎水果，和手工製作的香包非常喜歡，退房還送了水果，總之是一次非常愉快的入住！
