缺點：1、房間衞生差維護差，那個洗漱必看到的門背後臟的呀，看得我真難受，花花乎哨的，我以為擦不下去，結果我用一根手指乾擦都能擦去，再就是那個超臟的紗窗，那個拉粑粑必看到的臟兮兮的遙控器盒子，電視機的大花印子，洗拉絲破洞的被套，就感覺及其不符合美居的標準；2、打掃房間衞生後，洗漱台放着的洗面奶也一併離奇消失了； 優點：1、位置在萬歲山東門對面，免費停車，但吃飯就餐不方便；2、發生問題後致電前台，處理速度快，解決方案滿意，消失的洗面奶價值不是很高，但影響了心情和洗漱習慣和便利性，但第二天給免了第二晚的房費；3、房間小冰箱好用，開封這幾天太熱，小冰箱利用起來真的是很哇塞，畢竟玩了一天萬歲山我倆就給曬的像大紅蝦一樣，需要做好避暑防曬； 總結：個人認為不符合美居的標準，莫名消失物品和不好的衞生，再就是拉絲的被套，玩一天累的很回去後看到這些就很不舒服…

此酒店是來開封路上預訂的，想着美居酒店華住品牌的中高端酒店應該不錯，可惜還是有些小失望，第一天到酒店已是凌晨1點多，前台姑娘服務不錯，還送了早餐，因為到的晚，所以第二天一覺睡到了12點，出行計劃有所變化就想着在續住一晚，結果房間的電話上邊什麼都沒有，不知道怎麼聯繫前台，他們做的好的一點，就是房間放了個管家電話，可以聯繫到，管家態度很多，幫我也解決了續住問題。出去玩前特意告知客房服務人員，前台人員續住打掃時換床單被罩，因為夏天身上出汗的緣故所以要求酒店幫忙更換，結果晚上11點多玩回來發現沒有換，很是失望，想着太晚就沒有給前台反饋，想着第二天退房再給他們經理反饋，最後讓我點評也是因為另外一個事，給前台電話讓送二瓶水。結果等了50多分鐘沒有送過來，這會已經12點了。唉
