房間雖然不大，但是衞生乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離挺好的，還有智能馬桶。驚喜的是雙床竟然能拼一起，這樣帶孩子住比較寬敞。服務不錯，在景區門口放下行李有人給送到客房，客房距離大門口有200米。住在裏面就是方便，一早就去排隊看球幕電影，晚上可以看9點打鐵花，雖然過了春節園區里人依舊很多，那個球幕電影經常排隊2小時

開封清明上河園客棧地理位置優越，坐落在景區內部，既能享受景區的熱鬧氛圍，又能體驗鬧中取靜的愜意。客房佈置舒適，為客人提供了良好的休息環境。然而，早餐餐廳空間狹小，常常需要排隊用餐，體驗不佳。此外，酒店枕頭單一，缺乏對頸椎不適客人的考慮。通風設施也存在問題，時常能聞到飯菜或下水道的氣味。總體來説，雖有不足，但地理位置和客房舒適度仍值得肯定。

進出園區有專門的通道，很方便。最貼心的是幫客人送行李，不用拖着箱子在園區裏跑了。房間在2樓，沒有電梯，但是前台會幫忙把行李直接送到房間。房間設施齊全，服務貼心周到。早餐人比較多，不過會有工作人員幫忙協調座位。很不錯的入住體驗。

強烈推薦到清明上河園入住園內酒店！實在太方便了！隨時都能到園區參觀表演或是回房內休息，酒店服務也很好、早餐雖然種類不多但環境舒適。
