這家酒店值得好評，提供了超出預期的服務體驗，且從入住到離店並沒有任何關於好評的暗示。酒店乾淨整潔，房間視野好，地理位置優越，離着清明上河園步行5分鐘即可。入住時很意外的幫忙升級了房型，前台小姐姐始終微笑服務，讓我感覺非常友善，因為天氣很熱的原因，還給準備了西瓜，外出遊玩也主動送我出門指路。晚上回酒店時，聊天時無意間透露白天有點中暑，值班前台小姐姐居然記得我的房間號，送了冰水和葯品到了房間。離店時也精心的準備了伴手禮，情緒價值拉滿。如果下次來開封還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友。

在景區裏，北邊為人工開發景區，門前是一條不寬的馬路！停車場為地下公共場所，上酒店需要徒步爬兩層樓梯，全程300米從後門進酒店；酒店房間還比較乾淨，由於受限於臨街所以屬於通長佈局；酒店早餐點太小，餐食不多！衹能如此吧！價格個人感覺不能太貴！

這家酒店整體體驗不錯，説下幾個印象深的點。
安全這塊挺讓人放心的，前台就在電梯口，和住宿區是一起的，進出的人能看得到，把控得比較好。不像這條街上有些民宿，前台離得遠，電梯還不用刷卡就能上，總覺得不太安全，這家就沒這顧慮。
服務方面挺好的，一直有西瓜，工作人員還會主動問要不要。配套的東西挺全，走的時候還給了當地特產，也沒讓給好評，挺實在的。
我訂的親子房面積挺大，裏面有個小帳篷，孩子挺喜歡。房間裏的傢俱像蒲團這些，有點特色，看着新穎。
早餐的話，有什麼需求提出來都能迴應，體驗不錯。
