酒店設施不錯，前台服務非常熱情，早餐也可以，還有健身房。特別感謝前台圓圓貼心的服務，關於開封旅遊，特產都可以問她，有機會下次還來。

房間很大很乾凈，大床還帶有一個大露台，裝修漂亮，床墊舒適，前台小姐姐服務超級好，酒店有洗衣房，烘乾機，還有小童樂園，以後有機會過來玩

酒店服務挺好，前台美女很熱情，辦理入住手續也非常好，安排了兩個挨着的房間，還送了手伴禮，我們還沒到，已經提前把兩個房間的空調打開了，把需要的東西也都提前放到了房間，缺什麼也是立馬就送到房間，就是空調晚上温度上不去，其他的都非常滿意。

酒店很新 房間很好 前台和值班經理及早餐的工作人員服務特別特別好 有問必答 有求必應 我們去吃早餐時間晚了也不會説什麼還是很熱情 這種服務帶長者小孩去都能滿意
我們房間空調前兩晚不熱 説了以後第三晚回到房間 值班經理已經給我們開到30度了 而且我離開酒店一整天了沒有一個索要好評的微信
這家酒店實實在在為客人考慮 住得挺舒服的 走路五分鐘是星光商場（類似萬達） 吃喝玩樂都有 海底撈拌飯烤肉都有 出來也好打車
走的時候看着我老公手裡提着東西 小姑娘還跑着來開門
礦泉水也是一次性給夠
