Location is great! Room is nice and tidy. Check-in is easy after calling the customer service through the iPad.

The location is superb, room was clean, spacious and with a nice balcony. The room provided all you need on a leisure trip. The only downside was it was super complicated and time consuming to contact the hostel for entrance pin, check-in procedure and check-in number. We asked the front desk receptionist of our previous hotel to call the hostel number stated on trip.com booking confirmation email in morning, but no one picked up; called again at 3pm, and the hostel hotline said the number was wrong and referred us to call another number. If we did not have the assistance from a Japanese local receptionist from another hotel, I dont think we could get the entrance pin and check-in procedure information smoothly. I recommend this hostel to Japanese local, or tourists with a Japanese mobile number to make calls/able to find assistance from Japanese local people.

Large room, clean, cosy, very convenient location. Just next to Bus terminal to airport. I would recommend this service apartment

Room was a decent size, fully equipped with washing machine, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave. Very clean. Unfortunately I did not receive the email with the entry code for the main entrance. That resulted in my waiting outside in the cold for almost an hour before getting the code through Trip.com customer service, before I could enter the building and into my room. Also, Staytus only has a phone number to call for emergencies - it would be helpful to have at least an email alternative also, since foreigners may not have a mobile phone that can make calls in Japan.

The accommodation is just opposite the Central Station, only a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is also easy to find and its appearance is very conspicuous. The room is very big and can open 2 suitcases. The room is very clean and sanitary. There is a washing machine in the room and a clothes dryer in the bathroom, which is very useful. Will stay again next time.

Self-service check-in/out is super convenient and fast. The room and bedding are very comfortable. There are paid parking lots everywhere on the nearby streets, so you don't have to worry about parking if you drive yourself. The room bathroom is very clean. The only drawback is that the slippers provided in the room are very dusty.

A confirmation email was sent to my email address, but I still encountered some minor problems with check-in. However, the PAD at the door can immediately conduct video, which is still very good. Lack of cabinets for storage.

The hotel has fully self-service check-in, which is a simple and fast process. A bit of a confusing entry. Despite the fact that I tried to prepare everything in advance for entry according to the letters I received, I had to partially fill it out again on the tablet at the entrance. A mandatory video call was also required, although it was not mentioned in the letters. But overall, everything is fine. The location is simply the best of all praise, the very center of Kagoshima with establishments and a train station, from which buses go to other parts of the city. Also, the bus stop to the airport is incredibly conveniently located, literally a few meters from the accommodation. Inside, everything you need for living, a decent studio, although the second large bed is unnecessary, we used it for things instead of a closet, which, logically, should have been instead of this second large bed.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's a 3-minute walk after getting off the Kagoshima Airport bus, and it's just across the street from the JR station. Towels and toiletries are provided for each person when checking in. No one cleans the room during the stay, but it is very convenient to clean up by yourself. The location is very good. Opposite the airport tour bus, there are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The whole building has 8 floors. It is clean and hygienic. I like the washing machine and dryer functions. There is a bathroom to dry clothes. I will stay again next time. The disadvantage is that it is only available on the day of check-in. It's more like an apartment rather than a hotel. It has a kitchen, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a bathtub and a separate sink. It's very well equipped and I didn't need anything. It's also close to the station so I'm very satisfied.
