My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area. Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra. I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

The price is average, so it's OK

It was clean, the food was delicious and the activities were nice. Although we chose a double bed room, the beds in the room were single, they helped to put the beds together in a short time.

Good food and friendly staff, our holiday was amazing. We came big family with a children and we are absolutely happy, because here too much activities for adults and as well as children , that’s why you can be no worry . Also thank you to personal for everything, they helped too much during our stay

Upon check in the staff member informed us he would not be giving us the Bohemian Suite we paid for on Agoda. We were massively ripped off. They offered no partial refund to help compensate us. The lobby manager was very rude when I went back to ask for the evidence they knew we were going to be given the wrong room. They should have informed us during the free cancellation period. Instead they ripped us off and kept out money. Do not come to this hotel expecting to receive the room you booked. Furthermore the Bohemian luxury section had no one using their facilities on the beach. I believe it was not ready to receive guests and there were spare Bohemian Suites available for us to stay in. The pool is freezing cold in May at least. Overall I would never visit here again.

This hotel is amazing and the staff can’t do enough for you, best hotel I’ve ever been to and our group are booking again for the same time next year, the food was top class the rooms were fantastic and the golf coarses are 2 of the best I’ve ever played

What an amazing 7 days at this hotel. I cannot fault anything about this hotel. The hotel is really clean, the rooms were spacious and luxurious, the restaurants had a range of food for meat and vegetarian eaters, and the pools and beach were beautiful, clean and scenic. The hospitality in this hotel is exceptional and far better than any other 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. A big thank you to Samet, Handan and Saeed from Guest relations who were really polite, responsive and a pleasure to meet. Samet looked after every little query that we had and responded in a professional and timely manner. Everything that he did to make our stay so memorable is appreciated. He definetly deserves recognition for his professionalism and manner. We miss you a lot Samet. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our stay perfect. 🥰 The bar, restaurant and spa staff were polite and understanding. Shout out to Aslihan Kanat who really looked after our bar orders and remembered our drinks on a daily basis. She was really sweet and a lovely person. Shout out to Sri from the Spa who gave me the best massage and Turkish bath. Such lovely women❤️ Thank you Selectum for making our stay so memorable. Xxxx
