My go-to hotel for business in JB. Front desk is always service with a smile. Unfortunately the towels I got this time were a bit worn out. Rooms were rather clean but the floors may need a bit more attention.
Parking is always convenient and safe right outside the hotel.

The room had no windows. On the first night of my stay, the alarm in the corridor kept ringing, making it difficult to sleep. There was no sound for a few days, and overall it was relatively quiet.
The sheets and quilts may have been used for a long time and were a little yellowed. The sheets and quilts were changed when the room service was called for cleaning the next day.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
For foreigners, there is an additional fee of MYR 10 per night, but not for Malaysian nationals.
There is no hairdryer in the room, you need to bring your own when checking in.
