Location is great! Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. Small grocery store is just next door. Close to City Square Mall and CIQ. Friendly staff as well. A/c quite hard to control. It was freezing cold but it’s alright. I’d love to go back and stay there again. No English Channel though

Quite pricey for a night stay, located in Jalan Medrum Wong Ah Fook Food Alley. I'm surprised, I remember coming back to a different Hotel stay in Jalan Meldrum it wasn't as Ghetto as I could remember but nevertheless i'll come back again for a longer stay this time.

Most rooms are noisy sound from aircon indoor. I asked reception to change the room. But she said no more room. The room also small and receptionist is rude as well. Vey bad hotel except location.

The pillows and bed were smelly. First, we asked to change the pillowcases and bed sheets, but it still smelled awful. Then we asked to change the pillow itself because we found out that it was where the smell was coming from. It was already yellowish and full of stains. The toilet and room were also mouldy. We kept hearing noises from outside, the doors closing were too loud, and we could barely sleep. It was the worst experience.

Good location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly reception and clean. However, room facilities such as bed, toilet, furnitures need upgrade and room not dry and smell

The location was brilliant, many eating places are just outside of the hotel, food court is in front of hotel so we had breakfast there every morning. JB immigration is 10 - 15 mins walk away via city square mall, very convenient (we visited Singapore as a daytrip). The room was ok, hot shower, toothbrush, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee (but no water bottle). Only disappointment was broken fridge and we called a staff to change or repair but could not do anything. But overall, we would like to stay here again.

Stayed for a night. Considering that it’s a budget hotel, they still provide basic amenities like toothbrush and shower gel. Bed is way too soft but comfy.  Aircon produced really too loud sound. Sound proofing is not excellent as people speaking outside can be heard rather clearly.  It’s really ok for a night stay but not for too many night I guess.

Encountered the following issues:- 1) room power tripped twice 2) air conditioner cant be adjusted . Off it and hot air comes out 3) rowdy place 4) police came knocking on the door. Wont recommend.

I really like the room here. The room is very clean, the bed is very soft. There are restaurants and convenience stores next to the hotel. I was very lucky to stay here because I used the room number to buy a lottery ticket and won the prize. 555 Next time, I will stay for another week. See you again. 🎉🤣☺️

Good budget hotel with reasonable price. Located nearby food eateries and shopping mall.

The toilet flush is rusty , white dust every corner of the toilet , bed sheet got stain and soundproof is terrible , can hear very clear when other room is flushing and talking . I got sensitive of their bedsheet , the best thing is the location , supper front of their hotel and friendly staff

The aircon very noisy. They don’t have hair comb and hair dryer in room and hot water heater.
