I was surprised to learn that the golf course previously attached to the hotel had been sold to a developer. As a result, the hotel is now surrounded by ongoing housing construction.

We definitely will return soon as we really enjoyed during out stay there. We purposely booked this hotel sebab nak lepak dekat hotel mandi² dekat pool dengan anak². Utk pool sahaja ada 5 jenis pool puas utk mandi manda. Ada lap pool with 2.5m depth which is good for swimming, pool with slide which kids loved it. Utk breakfast selection for us is ok, we really enjoyed the berakfast. Staff at restaurant all are friendly. Room- Bed is fine, room is big too, no complaint. Just the cleanliness at the bathroom, little bit turn off but still acceptable. Staff overall really friendly and helpfull.

The resort was booked on the actual day(late afternoon) and trip.com reflected last room. We arrived at the room and was pleasantly surprised that the room is spacious and drinking water was provided. That is a plus point. The deco is retro (looked old) but functional. TV channels were rather limited. The breakfast was sumptuous with a wide spread.

Good R&R spot for couples or families. Surrounding areas are currently under construction. Has pools for children, leisure and active swimming. Breakfast has a wide selection but some dishes can be improved. Restaurant serves good food but closes early. Many nearby restaurants for food delivery ＜45mins. Gym requires a lot more maintenance and cleanliness. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

The location is not strategic, very difficult to enter, construction work in progress, no golf, facilities need to pay money, except swimming pool

If u are looking a place for family gathering or vacation,this place is one of them... Breakfast is awesome...

Pulai Springs Resort offers spacious rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. While it's a bit remote, the resort is well-maintained and offers comfortable amenities. The breakfast is included but could be better. At sgd 290 for 8 pax, the price is reasonable. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway, it's a good choice, though be prepared for a bit of travel time for dining. Service is good very quick check in, we did not use the facilities, the food is provide average

My family and I have been stayed in pulai springs for many times. We enjoy the swimming pool so much because it is big. However the pool that has slide was not clean enough. Actually the hotel generally look good externally and internally, but sadly the room, if you really look into it, can see that they should put effort to maintain the rooms. the toilets need to undergo major cleaning. There were stains on the walls, floor, basins and toilet bowls. Some areas of the rooms floor were dusty. The wall decorations were dusty too. The sofas really need new cover. Mostly torn and stained. The breakfast buffet spread was tasty this time. Last time i came it was not delish. Hope they consistently prepare delicious foods. The construction along the pulai springs entrance was quite disturbing. The dust and the uneven road surface might affect or damage visitors' vehicles. The staffs there were friendly and helpful too.

Nice hotel with lots of swimming pools. The only drawback is the resort is undergoing major construction at the main road entrance that causes inconvenience to the guest. The room is big and can accommodate a lot of people.

The facility is old and room a bit worn but service of the crew not bad, friendly and helping.

Room wasn’t the most well maintained with curtain not hung up properly for one hook, and bathroom sink area had a weird screw thing coming out with shower area’s soap holder being at a slope angle that is probably not meant to be. Our cinta ayu room had option of 2 single or a double bed. We chose double bed but it was 2 single beds put together. While we didn’t clarify this with the counter, we are quite sure that this was their “double bed”. Apart from these, actually had a good one night stay with working aircon and comfortable bed. The sports centre had swimming pool with slide too. Seems like a family friendly place.

50mins ride from CIQ to pulai spring hotel. Room are big but it is old and quite dusty.

On our first day trip to the resort, all staffs are friendly especially when we arrived we’re feel welcomed! And others knew their priorities. The room is very cosy just that we need a microwave. Very spacious and tidy. The other side of a pool is phenomenal! But the enviroment was not totally completed as there are still under construction below. Food wise was good but need more varities likes malay kueh2, desert and more luxury taste. Other than that, overall it was just good for a family trip. Thumbs up to all!
