The comfort of your accommodation can truly make or break the entire travel experience, and honestly, this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was great, the room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that I fell asleep instantly. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I asked about nearby places to visit, they not only drew me a map with detailed directions but also thoughtfully reminded me to stay safe at night. My stay was incredibly comfortable! I genuinely recommend it.

The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, nestled in Pengfeng Village, just past Xingxing Supermarket. The host was incredibly hospitable and generous, always ready to answer any questions. Each evening upon returning to the guesthouse, I was kindly offered prunes – a thoughtful touch, haha! The guesthouse's own restaurant was also quite good; using a group deal, it offered great value for money. The transportation to the high-speed rail station recommended by the host was also very reliable. Xingxing Supermarket itself was incredibly well-stocked; they had over twenty types of self-heating rice, which were even cheaper than on Taobao. With such a vast selection of food and drinks, there was absolutely no need to bring anything from home. Overall, the trip was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located at the very back of Group 3 in Zhangzha Village. It's not particularly eye-catching from a distance, but once you get closer, you realize it's a hidden gem. It consists of two three-story buildings with parking spaces, and the decor is quite unique, showing the owner's attention to detail. Contacting the hotel in advance allows them to arrange a bus pick-up from Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou, along with one-on-one butler service. Because I wasn't feeling well, the hotel took exceptional care of me. The minibar in my room was complimentary. The hotel breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the noodles were delicious. There's also a coffee shop on the third floor with views of the distant snow-capped mountains. The entire hotel exudes a sense of human warmth. When we went out for dinner and it started raining heavily just 200 meters from the hotel, Manager Lü personally drove out to pick us up and take us back. The hotel provides two free shuttle buses daily to the scenic area entrance, and seeing my mobility issues, the manager again specially arranged for a car to pick me up. I felt incredibly lucky to have chosen such a thoughtfully serviced hotel. Thank you again to all the staff for your help; it made my trip to Jiuzhaigou a truly enjoyable one.

I found this hotel by chance. It was newly opened, so I booked one night with the mentality of giving it a try. The hotel offers free parking. The housekeeper guided me to park and helped me take my luggage to the front desk. The girl was very enthusiastic. The hotel is about ten minutes' drive from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, which is an acceptable distance. It is a stand-alone hotel with a great sense of design. It has a swimming pool and a warm courtyard design. The room is designed in a wabi-sabi style and is clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable, with a moderate hardness and softness. The stir-fried dishes for breakfast taste good, the freshly ground red dates and soy milk are very fragrant, and the porridge is also delicious.

Perfect place to stay, when visiting the national park. Close enough to the entrance, several restaurants directly next door. We had a distant mountain view room and liked it a lot. The breakfast had some western options (toast, jam), good coffee and a variety of chinese dishes and pastry. Most of all we cherished the helpful staff at the reception, some with English language skills, others were able to help by translating with apps. We felt welcomed and would recommend. Also the hotel is at the riverside, so no busy street in front. With didi you can drive up and down the valley: we visited the museum about ******* and Qiang Intangible Cultural Heritage, which offers a lot of activities.

Hygiene: Very clean! Facilities: New! Environment: Quiet! Service: Intimate! Newly built in June 2025, the B&B is very new and clean, with three floors and stairs. Floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the mountain outside the window. It is quiet at night and suitable for a quiet rest. There is a small supermarket downstairs, which is quite good, and the price is fair, better than the supermarket outside the scenic area. There is a barbecue restaurant downstairs, 10 yuan for three skewers of beef and mutton, and you can taste the original ecological taste. There is also a performance restaurant. If you are interested, you can go out more and go to the village. This is Zhangza 3 Village, where there is a Jiujian Qianguqing performance. From the entrance of the scenic area, it takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to the B&B, 20 yuan, and it is easy to get a taxi. Finally: The staff are very good!

This trip was made even more perfect thanks to the attentive service from Yang Qing. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by her radiant warmth. She was patient and meticulous during check-in. As it was my first time visiting the city, she not only marked tourist spots and routes on a map for me but also gave excellent tour suggestions tailored to my schedule. The next day, I encountered a minor issue. After contacting the front desk, she was the one who immediately helped resolve it. Her efficiency was outstanding, and her attitude remained positive and friendly throughout, which was incredibly reassuring. You can truly feel that she genuinely loves her job and cares for her guests. Such an outstanding employee is truly a valuable asset to the hotel! Thank you, Yang Qing, for making the hotel feel like home.

Pros: The hotel was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Upon hearing I had a headache, the owner generously offered a complimentary oxygen tank. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room was exceptionally poor. It was constantly noisy from 6 AM, with ******* music, creaking wooden stairs, and children shouting. I couldn't sleep well at all and felt completely drained. 2. There doesn't seem to be a shuttle service to scenic spots. After breakfast around 9 AM, I mentioned to the owner that I hadn't rested well, and they simply told us to take a taxi ourselves. 3. The bathroom was a bit run-down, and the showerhead was rusty. The toilet cubicle was extremely small; as a man, I couldn't use it properly and had to lean sideways to avoid my face hitting the wall. 4. The projector was crooked. I spent a long time trying to adjust it manually, but it stayed crooked, and the image wasn't very clear. The clarity needs significant improvement. 5. There were spiders right at the entrance, which my friend traveling with me found quite off-putting.

The room is clean, big and with floor heating. Conveniently located with lots of food and massage places. Walkable to 家寨沟 attraction place. The lady and boss are nice and friendly too. Offered to drive us to the 千古情 theatre.

The hotel service is very enthusiastic. Before check-in, the housekeeper Xia Mu took the initiative to call to ask about the needs. After arriving at the store, he was responsive. The facilities are indeed a bit old, but it can be seen that they are operating with care and it does not affect normal use. The temperature is low at night, and the room helped us turn on the floor heating in advance. The big bed is very wide and soft. It is not crowded at all with children. It is very comfortable. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the scenic spot by car. It is very convenient to take a taxi. There are businesses around, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. We did not go out to eat. The buffet at the hotel felt okay. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good and it is worth recommending. By the way, the cone ice cream in the lobby bar is only 5.9 each, which is great value!
