This hotel is extremely close to the entrance of Jiuzhaikou scenic area, about 10 mins walk. But not easy to find when you first arrive Jiuzhaigou. The hotel entrance is very obscure! Sad to say the customer service at reception is just average, a lack of enthusiasm to help customers! But it's not cheap to stay! You can book to use its jacuzzi. There are 4 of them. It's Japanese toilet, but the bidet was not working!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance. Naturally, for such a prime spot, the price isn't low and shouldn't be compared to city accommodations. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with parking, and when they saw the AC wasn't cooling effectively in our room, they promptly brought us a fan. One shouldn't have excessively high expectations for hotels within a scenic area; those particular about details might find some minor issues. However, for sightseeing convenience, it's perfectly adequate overall. The cleanliness wasn't as poor as some might exaggerate; it was actually quite tidy, especially considering it's an All Seasons Hotel. If a luxurious stay is a priority, you'd need to book further out. But for proximity, All Seasons is arguably the best choice. I must say, Jiuzhaigou truly is a paradise on Earth.

The comfort of your accommodation can truly make or break the entire travel experience, and honestly, this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was great, the room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that I fell asleep instantly. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I asked about nearby places to visit, they not only drew me a map with detailed directions but also thoughtfully reminded me to stay safe at night. My stay was incredibly comfortable! I genuinely recommend it.

The main advantage of this hotel is that it is the hotel closest to the entrance of JiuZaiGou Scenic area. The traffic can be very bad during the morning (when the park opens) and late afternoon (when park closes), so staying in this hotel saves you time. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, and MacDonalds is right next to the hotel. Hotel is basic but clean. However, bed sheets are a bit worn and need to be replaced. Unused Towels also get damp in the bathroom as they are kept in wooden cubicles.

The room was incredibly spacious, with all facilities feeling brand new and completely odor-free. I appreciated the wet/dry separation in the bathroom and the comfortable bed. They even provided complimentary disposable bath and face towels, and there was a huge projector screen, which was a nice touch. My only minor complaint is the absence of a refrigerator. Cleanliness was generally excellent; everything felt new and spotless. However, the white fabric sofa tends to get dirty easily, which I hope they'll address. The surrounding area offers convenience stores and breakfast spots, yet it's surprisingly quiet. I had a peaceful night's sleep and woke up feeling completely refreshed. A big thumbs up to the shuttle driver! The front desk staff was also incredibly polite and attentive. They even offered hot bottled water in the morning, which was a truly thoughtful and warm gesture.

The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, nestled in Pengfeng Village, just past Xingxing Supermarket. The host was incredibly hospitable and generous, always ready to answer any questions. Each evening upon returning to the guesthouse, I was kindly offered prunes – a thoughtful touch, haha! The guesthouse's own restaurant was also quite good; using a group deal, it offered great value for money. The transportation to the high-speed rail station recommended by the host was also very reliable. Xingxing Supermarket itself was incredibly well-stocked; they had over twenty types of self-heating rice, which were even cheaper than on Taobao. With such a vast selection of food and drinks, there was absolutely no need to bring anything from home. Overall, the trip was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

It’s a family trip but we book on 2 person per room. The service for the hotel was a bit slow because we took very long to check in and the check out was a disaster because there is no receptionist at the counter until after 6-7am But the location is consider convenient because it’s just about 10 mins walking distance from the attraction

This is easily one of the best value-for-money guesthouses I've ever stayed in. It's conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from the scenic area. The owner, a very kind lady, was incredibly warm and welcoming. She proactively contacted me and sent all the location details. The room was spacious, and the beds were large – even with three adults, it didn't feel cramped at all. It was spotless and looked freshly renovated. The bathroom boasted a smart toilet with heating and automatic flush, which was a real comfort to use. A free washing machine was available, and they even thoughtfully provided laundry detergent – a detail that definitely earns an extra five stars! Plus, the room had a massive projector screen, making movie nights absolutely fantastic!

You won't need to rush out early for transport every day, as the entrance to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area is just a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding amenities are equally impressive. The Tiantangkou area is brimming with local specialty restaurants, offering everything from authentic yak hotpot to delicious ******* snacks. After a day of exploring the scenic area, you won't need to venture far – simply head downstairs to enjoy a hot and authentic local meal. For those looking to discover some hidden gems, it's incredibly convenient too. A mere 20-kilometer taxi ride from the hotel brings you to Zhongzhagou, where charming forests and vast meadows paint a landscape reminiscent of Switzerland. Every photo you take there is guaranteed to be stunning.
