The hotel lobby is clean the service is very good, there's a translator device at hand very convenience the rooms are clean and spacious. I am very satisfied with them. Highly recommend.

We had a great time throughout our 2 nights stay! The accommodation is perfectly equipped and very pleasant, it almost feels at home. A huge thank you to the staff for their responsiveness and warm hospitality. Free shuttle service is provided from hotel to jiuzhaigou (around 10 mins journey) Highly recommend!

Travelling to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu now is such a breeze, with the high speed rail that goes direct to Huanglong Jiuzhai. A direct bus then connects and takes us straight to the scenic area. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Grand Rezen enjoys a fantastic location, being close to all the restaurants which are near to entrance of scenic area/ entrance of national park. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The value for money is excellent, considering the quality of the accommodations. It was very cold at night, but they thoughtfully turned on the room heater before my arrival, which was a lovely touch. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to my messages, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The location is a bit off the main road, but it’s not hard to find. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and great value!

All the staff at the front desk are friendly and nice. Overall, the service is excellent. The room is clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is just a 15-20 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic entrance, making the location very convenient. For foreigners, there are KFC and McDonald's nearby if you're not accustomed to the local cuisine. If you need portable oxygen inhalers, you can purchase them at a local pharmacy for around RMB 20, which is located close to the hotel. This is much more affordable than buying elsewhere. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I revisit Jiuzhaigou.

Good location, very convenient to walk to Jiuzhaigou, around 15 minutes walking distance. Nice night view too. Receptionist was very helpful when guiding us on how to use the room heater (please approach them if you have any difficulties using it). Has KFC, Dicos and other local restaurants right beside, although the price can be higher, please check the menu and price using Meituan before going to one of the restaurants.

The hotel location is perfect near the entrance of the park. The service was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to help us search for bus tickets and find alternative when ticket was sold out. Really grateful for the service. Breakfast has a wide selection, chinese, cereal etc. Also met the lady boss of hotel who is nice to chat with and also gave advice. Highly recommend ! Location best, lots of restaurants, even McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, Mixue ... all nearby. A few local supermarkets as well.

The room was clean and smart, well equipped, and the breakfast was good! Everyone has a good service attitude. Xiao Liu at the front desk and other front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Another front desk clerk knew that we missed the hotel's free shuttle bus and drove us to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou himself. The one who deserves the most praise is Uncle Wang, the duty manager of the housekeeping department! He is really enthusiastic, has a good service attitude, is very friendly, and cares about the guests. You can consult him if you have any problem, and he will help you solve whatever he can. Thanks to Uncle Wang for making our trip smooth and enjoyable! The location is very close to the scenic spot and very convenient

Family room is spacious. Breakfast is simple. They provided take away breakfast as we have to leave early for train. Walkable distance to Jiuzhai valley entrance. Plenty of shops and restaurant around.

Location is great as accessible to various restaurants and souvenir shops. Next door has a bus operator that allow traveller to commute to Train station, but do take note different operator has different pick up point. Not sure is due to high demand, we were unable to check in by 2pm as the room wasn't ready.
