Donglin Maison New Century Hotel (Lushan Cableway) Reviews

Hotel is at the outskirts but near famous Donglin Temple, walking distance about 5-8 minutes. Ideally, suitable for believers who spend more time in the temple. Big Buddha is at another spot quite a distance away but reachable by Didi. Hotel and rooms with balcony are elegantly decorated exclusively Zen tastes, settings. It is surrounded by trees, green hills and unpolluted fresh air. A pleasant feeling, feeling peaceful in the compound. There is a small stream opposite the hotel with soothing sound flowing down stream. Tasty morning and evening Chinese vegetarian are served, 58 Rmb for evening buffet. Opposite the main Donglin Temple, there are waiting taxis, restaurants, convenience shops. Not much night activities after 8 pm, perhaps night activities are in the city and railway stations. A good place to quiet the mind and distractions.

We have stayed for 5 nights .is very near to Dongling temple only 500 M away .. if you need a little comfort in this small town this hotel suits you .. there are a lot of small restaurants serving vegetarian food .and this hotel accepts overseas guests .( Note that not all hotels serve overseas guests )

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Located on the edge of the village and 5 minutes walk from the temple and center of the village. Also, not to be missed is the tea farm, up the steps next to the hotel for a great view over the mountains. Very peaceful and relaxing location and will definitely return.

Service from the front desk is extraordinary. Vegetarian food restaurant is good but disappointed to have the same breakfast without any change for the 3 days stay and lunch is nothing new but continue from the breakfast.

Facilities: We booked a standard room with two 1.31m single beds. When we arrived at night, there were no rooms. The staff said that we upgraded to a family room, but it was actually a large bed and a single bed, without a sofa. It was not the room facilities we originally wanted. Hygiene: Clean Environment: Zen style, with a yard to stroll around

The environment is very good, the breakfast is delicious and has many varieties. The waiters are friendly and considerate, especially the cleaning lady, who is very enthusiastic. She gave me two more bottles of mineral water and recommended the hotel's tap water, which is mountain spring water. It tastes really good. The hotel is very close to Donglin Temple and can be walked there without worrying about traffic jams.

The environment is very good. It is near Donglin Temple. It is convenient to go to the temple. You can also go to Xilin Temple in 20 minutes' walk. There is just no bus. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. If the shower head is broken, please contact the front desk to have it repaired in time.

The wild fruits in the mountain are my children's favorite. We stayed for three nights during the May Day holiday. I especially like the quietness and room style here. Drinking tea on the balcony is the first choice. It is a leisurely and comfortable afternoon parent-child time. The green mountains opposite are unobstructed. A beautiful trip starts with a good quality sleep. I will stay here again next time I travel to Lushan.

When visiting Lushan, we chose Donglin Kaiyuan Mingting Hotel near Donglin Temple. It was raining heavily on the day we went, and the environment around the hotel could not be seen clearly. The car was parked in the basement parking lot. The hotel lobby was very large, and the decorations inside included the Buddha. The softness of the system is vividly displayed, and the fragrance that hits your nostrils is just right. After careful appreciation, you can feel the delicate Zen feeling. Our room is on the top floor, with a rather large balcony, which can be seen The big lotus symbol of Donglin Temple. Since it is located in the suburbs, the tranquility makes people feel very comfortable, relaxed and quiet. I think this is a good place for city people to wash away their tedious life. The hotel restaurant can provide meal delivery service, and the room decoration is nice. Although it is a bit old, it is still very clean. We stayed for two nights and felt really comfortable.
