Jinghong Hotels with Wi-Fi

We booked two rooms in the hotel. One for my children and one for us as a couple. We loved both rooms. The location is suitable and distance friendly to most attractions and the staff members go beyond the normal service to make you feel at home. Adora from the front desk was extremely helpful and caring towards us. She sent us a list of children a activities in the hotel and helped us when feeling sick sending us a basket of fruit and some porridge. She even met us the day we left go give us a present from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious offering many options and the rooms very spacious and clean. Thank you Adora and Intercontinental hotel - xishuanbanna is beautiful and the hotel is the perfect combination to this trip.

Felt like they were brushing us off. Kept saying that our room wasn't clean yet for hours and then when I pointed this out and complained they suddenly had a clean room for us. The room was fine although it should have been more impressive for the amount I paid. The buffet food was good when it was available. It seemed like they did not restock food when it got eaten. Very nice pool though.

The hotel is located in Gaozhuang, which is relatively quiet. It is very suitable for people like me who have light sleep. It is convenient for travel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the night market. There is also a free shuttle bus. There is a gym, swimming pool, beautiful environment, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. The room is cleaned every day after staying for a few days. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the rice noodles are delicious.

What can I say? We picked this hotel for the price and the pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool is closed for CoVid yet every other hotel had their pools open. Then we went investigating and the pool area was like an apocalyptic nightmare. People were smoking on our nonsmoking floor. None of the extra activities listed in the hotel’s details like KTV, bowling, spa, peacock garden, etc were available or were nonexistent. The room itself was comfortable. Good beds. Good pillows. Nice view. The biggest bonus this hotel gets is they delivered ice to our room every night. Breakfast was also acceptable with some western options and the Chinese options were good.

This hotel was about 10 minutes from the night market which was awesome. Check in was very easy and straightforward. The receptionist was kind and even offered to show us our room. The hotel is a little bit older but in some ways that adds to its charm. The rooms are large and it has a refrigerator. The only problem I really had with this hotel is the air conditioner didn’t really blow cold air and the breakfast options were very little. Other than that it’s priced very reasonably and I’d recommend it to anyone in the area. 这家酒店离夜市大约10分钟路程，真棒。入住手续非常简单明了。接待员很亲切，甚至主动给我们介绍我们的房间。酒店有点旧，但在某些方面增加了它的魅力。房间很大，有冰箱。我对这家酒店唯一的问题是空调没有真正吹冷空气，早餐选择非常少。除此之外，它的价格非常合理，我会推荐给该地区的任何人。

Fully equipped, and a swimming pool! The proprietress is very welcoming and makes me feel warm like home. And the room is very clean, it is really a villa-like experience. At the same time, as soon as you enter Xishuangbanna, you will feel surrounded by tropical jungle, as if you have come to a corner of Xiaokaihua. This place where the Dai and Blang people live is full of greenery and vitality. As a person who loves nature, I feel sorry that I didn't come here earlier and I am very happy. Xishuangbanna Forest Park! The vast forest is permeated with aromatic and wonderful atmosphere, which has a colorful and mysterious beauty. The night market by the Canglan River is so beautiful! There are also hot pot and Dai snacks, which taste really good. There are really too many places to go, and too many beautiful attractions. I strongly recommend Xishuangbanna and this inn.

The washbasin is wide enough to pile up cosmetics. - The bed is very soft and comfortable. The TV has memberships for several platforms. - There is a snack street and RT-Mart across the street. There are also Dai Di Bar and Live House two intersections away. - Because I had just participated in the Jinuo Mountain Rainforest Hiking the day before, my legs were sore, so I lay in the room for a whole day. I watched ”Do You Know?” all afternoon and ”A Journey with the Phoenix” in the evening. - For someone like me who has been to Gaozhuang/Starlight Night Market/walked through the rainforest, this day is just a good transition. Have a good rest in the afternoon and go to Dai Di at night.

Went to Banna and chose a hotel with a swimming pool. It was very impressive! And it's very quiet. It's very beautiful to take pictures of, especially the night view is very high-end. The lighting is very well arranged. The hotel room is also very comfortable and smart. It's really a good deal to stay in a hotel like this at the same price! The lady at the front desk was also very gentle and solved any problems carefully! Recommended

Ramada feels like a hotel specially designed for large groups. We stayed for three days and there have been large groups holding activities here, and there are very few FITs like us. I contacted the hotel a month in advance and wanted to book a room where we could see the Buddha. As a result, the front desk of the store arranged for us to not see the Buddha on the fourth floor on the grounds that the sixth and seventh floors were being renovated and cleaned, which was very disappointing. Because the Ramada was originally booked to see the Big Buddha, the location here is not good, it is farther to Gaozhuang and various attractions, the swimming pool is very small, and the yard is relatively small. But it's too late to change the hotel temporarily and only stay. The quilt was damp, the next day we felt the room was very hot and called the front desk to check only to be told that the air conditioning panel in the room was installed upside down. . . The switch is reversed, no wonder it feels hot when it is turned on to the lowest temperature, and the quilt is still very damp. After staying for two days, I found out that the air conditioner has not been turned on, and the front desk did not inform in advance. The welcome fruit is sent every day, but the quality is not very good, all kinds of bad fruit. In short, staying here has brought a lot of regrets to the journey. I feel that the gap with the five-star hotel is still quite large. The details are always not in place, and the management level needs to be improved.

My room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the front desk lady added me to her Wechat in case I needed anything. There was a hassle several hours after check-in, late at night, when she needed a photo of my last entry stamp to China, which was several years ago, and she kept demanding ”the other ones”, and I tried to explain they only need the most recent stamp, not ALL of them. It took way too long for her to understand that I hadn't been outside of China since 2019, so it seems they aren't used to having foreign guests. During check-in, we used a translation app to communicate. The location is convenient, in the market but on a street that isn't quite as busy, so it isn't too loud at night, and there are many restaurants nearby. The swimming pool didn't have any water in it, so that should have been listed on the hotel's information instead of showing photos of a pool with water in it and then me being disappointed after seeing an empty pool upon arrival.
