Jinghong Hotels with Airport pickup service

The hotel is great , on the same complex as Crown Plaza Hotel. Although staff didn’t speak English ( what we were expecting for this kind of hotel ), they were always willing to help ( using phone translator ). We couldn’t ordered food through the phone ( room service did not speak English ) and for being and international hotel , this should be improved. Besides that , great great great for family ! Playground for kids all over the hotel , indoor pool ( when days are raining or not colder ) and nice structure.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. They contacted us ahead of time to confirm our stay and arrange transportation to the hotel. They were available via WeChat at any time and quickly fulfilled any requests we had. The hotel was very quiet and away from The busyness of the city center while still being easily accessible. The room was very clean and comfortable and they offered complimentary warm milk each evening as well as a fruit tray one evening and ginger tea on a cold day. Driver Wang helped us arrange our day activities and drove us anywhere we wanted to go for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in XiShuangBanna.

The room is big and beautiful. Even the smallest rooms have private pools. The hotel brought us a large plate of fruit upon arrival which was nice to us. The staff were super helpful and courteous. We checked out of the hotel but our flight was cancelled. We had to re-check in. After checking in, I realized that I had accidentally thrown the medicine in the trash. I talked to Li Tianjiao, the front desk manager, and she told me not to be nervous, she would let the housekeeper find my medicine in the hotel rubbish. I want to do it myself. I didn't want to disturb the housekeeper, but the hotel insisted that I rest in the room and let the housekeeper do the dirty work. Wei Qiongzhen room service found my medicine and returned it to me right away. I am grateful that this medicine is not an ordinary prescription. Very expensive. If this were to happen in the US, there would be no way the hotel would have gone through so much trouble to help me. I stay here every time I visit. All the Wanda hotels I stayed in were great!

This hotel was about 10 minutes from the night market which was awesome. Check in was very easy and straightforward. The receptionist was kind and even offered to show us our room. The hotel is a little bit older but in some ways that adds to its charm. The rooms are large and it has a refrigerator. The only problem I really had with this hotel is the air conditioner didn’t really blow cold air and the breakfast options were very little. There are also Dai Di Bar and Live House two intersections away. - Because I had just participated in the Jinuo Mountain Rainforest Hiking the day before, my legs were sore, so I lay in the room for a whole day. I watched ”Do You Know?” all afternoon and ”A Journey with the Phoenix” in the evening. - For someone like me who has been to Gaozhuang/Starlight Night Market/walked through the rainforest, this day is just a good transition. Have a good rest in the afternoon and go to Dai Di at night.

Yes, book early and the price/performance ratio is very good at this location. It's a standard express hotel. There are no problems. The location is good. It's very convenient to go out to eat and buy things. Any barbecue restaurant is delicious. The road outside the door is basically very blocked, so it is convenient to go out on foot. The facilities are a bit old, but overall good. The decoration is not as gorgeous as in the pictures, but it is nice and stylish. The underground parking lot is convenient and free, but it was difficult to find when you first arrived. There was no hotel sign outside.

The hotel is very close to Gaozhuang, 5 minutes walk. The decoration feature is Dai nationality. General hygiene. Sheets were reasonably clean. The bathroom is really just average. The twin room is not too big. There is a terrace just right to see the Mekong Hotel. An average of more than 660 a night is considered expensive. But it was an exaggeration to see that it rose to 3600 a night during the Chinese New Year, and it seemed a little comforting. 🤭

the hotel is located very close to the night market, lots of shops, restaurants and other hotels. Most attractions in the city can be reached by foot. The room itself is completely alright, and the balcony is a great add-on. Setting up the wifi was a little difficult but the girl at the front desk helped me immediately. There are also traditional dresses that can be borrowed and worn for free, which i highly recommend doing at least once. The pool looks very inviting, but I myself didn't use it. I would definitely stay here again, as it has a very convenient location and pretty good service.
