The room and service were good. Because we booked a wrong check-in date for a room, when there were no rooms, the front desk and the store manager knew the situation and used the spare room for us, which helped us solve the big problem. The only drawback was that the waiter was not very friendly during breakfast. He refused to replenish the food when it was insufficient, and the quality of the drinks contained too much water, which was not up to par with the room rate. Although someone followed up and solved it immediately after the complaint, I sincerely hope that this situation will not happen again in the future, which will seriously affect the reputation of the hotel.

What a fantastic hotel, my wife made an excellent choice! The location was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around. Our room was spotless. The two staff members at the front desk were exceptionally warm and helpful; whatever we needed, they'd sort it out quickly and efficiently. For the comfort we enjoyed, the price was excellent – a little more than a budget hotel, but definitely fantastic value for money! Clean, convenient, and great service. Next time I'm in this area, I will absolutely stay here again!
