GGuest UserI stayed in Jinghe when I visited Sayram Lake. Before heading out, I grabbed some milk-flavored dates from the front desk, and they ended up being my lifeline for the entire day! (They saved my life!)
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and hygienic. There's also a small convenience store downstairs, and we bought all our souvenirs for this Xinjiang trip there. The prices were quite reasonable, and many of the local specialties were really fresh.
The lady there was so kind. I was feeling a bit under the weather at the time, and she even offered me some warm herbal tea. I'd love to come back in the summer to experience more of the local geography. 💕

GGuest UserWhat a fantastic hotel, my wife made an excellent choice! The location was incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around. Our room was spotless. The two staff members at the front desk were exceptionally warm and helpful; whatever we needed, they'd sort it out quickly and efficiently. For the comfort we enjoyed, the price was excellent – a little more than a budget hotel, but definitely fantastic value for money! Clean, convenient, and great service. Next time I'm in this area, I will absolutely stay here again!

KKevin.soNestled in a park, the location is wonderfully quiet. The young man at the front desk was super enthusiastic and incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile. What's more, they have two adorable dogs, Maomao and Laifu, and even some alpacas waiting for carrots! This was a huge hit with the kids.
Dining options are very convenient; a bustling food street is just a 10-minute walk away. We enjoyed strolling back to the campsite after dinner, with a lovely cool breeze in the evening – the kids were thrilled!
A small suggestion: The air conditioning in the rooms cools down quite slowly, especially in the larger family rooms. It was still 30°C an hour after checking in, only gradually cooling down later. This might be worth looking into, as the rooms get very hot with the afternoon sun.
Thumbs up! We had a very early check-out, and the front desk staff (both the young man and young lady) were incredibly thoughtful, arranging a simple breakfast for us at 7 AM. Their service was truly outstanding! 👍

The room itself had been newly renovated and upgraded, featuring smart home technology throughout, and was spotlessly clean. GGuest UserI went to Jinghe on a business trip from Urumqi. I saw the four-diamond hotel that opened in May on Ctrip. As soon as I arrived at the lobby, the temperature was cool and the waiter took the initiative to greet me: When checking in, pour me water and give me dried fruits to taste. There is no decoration smell in the room, the linens are clean and comfortable, the hot water is large, the toilet is a smart toilet, the air conditioner is very quiet, the mattress is also very comfortable, it seems to have memory foam, and I sleep very peacefully! When I go out at night, there is a food street opposite, which is very convenient. If you go far away, the front desk will call a taxi for you. The laundry room is on the first floor, which is very convenient. There is also a gym. I also had breakfast, which is very good. There are fruits, snacks, and grains. From service to decoration, this hotel is a good choice for business trips to Jinghe, and the cost performance is super high! Highly recommended! When I left the hotel, the front desk lady also gave me Jinghe wolfberry!

Ggolfer868Returning to Shihezi from Sailimu Lake, the sunset at Sailimu Lake always makes people reluctant to leave early. It was already late when we left Sailimu Lake. We originally planned to rush to Dushanzi, but finally decided to stay in Jinghe. Jinghe is such a small place, and we didn't have much expectation for accommodation. This hotel surprised me. The furnishings of the whole room are basically at the level of the new Four Seasons. The hotel room is very new and the stay is also very good. There is a large parking lot in front of the door, which is very convenient.

The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, and the amenities were brand new and comprehensive. The front desk staff were exceptionally thoughtful and attentive; they actively helped with my luggage and patiently offered recommendations for nearby attractions. Additionally, the desert was just a 10-15 minute drive away, which was very convenient.

It boasts a large courtyard, making it ideal for families traveling with children. Breakfast costs 10 RMB per person, and having hot porridge and some warm flatbread in the morning was really nice.
