I stayed for three nights, and during that time the cleaners never actually cleaned my room or even stepped into the bedroom properly. Each day they simply replaced the amenities, bottled water, slippers, and towels, and were done in under two minutes, which hardly counts as cleaning..
That said, aside from the rather lazy housekeeping, the rooms themselves are generally clean and decent, and the building appears to be quite new.

I actually quite loved this hotel. It was really spacious, clean and comfortable. There were no robes in the room, so maybe I missed this. Was on the 21st floor and there was construction across this road. Was a little noisy but too disturbing. The curtains do not completely block out all of the sunlight so if you’re a light sleeper this may be a little disturbing. Overall I will stay again.

來看劉若英演唱會的，看到這家酒店是去年開業的就訂了這家酒店，一進去前台小姐姐給倒了杯茶，很是貼心，房間設施很完善 屋裡都是智能的用小度就可以打電話很方便，而且面積比我之前住的酒店大很多，衞生做的也很細緻屋裡也沒有味道，21樓還有自助的洗衣機烘乾機這是我沒有想到的，這個酒店周圍吃飯的地方很多，看了演唱會步行就可以到，第二天吃完早餐又去逛了逛萬象城和博物館也很方便。早餐很豐盛，各種各樣的，非常不錯。走的時候前台還給了2瓶水，下次如果再來濟南旅遊的話。還會選擇這家，真的很棒！忘了拍房間照片了，配幾張演唱會的圖片吧，嘻嘻😁

對比了半天評分 評價才定了這家，原以為這個價位在大東邊超遠離市中心的位置住宿體驗能好點兒，沒想到大失望！1.衞生差，花灑上一層黃漬，浴巾卷一打開一根頭髮，衞生紙像是被水浸濕了又放回了馬桶旁邊，沒有換新；2.衞生間門關不動，見視頻，很怕門掉下來，反映給前台，前台讓使勁拽，掉不下來。。。。孩子睡著了還得使巨大勁開門關門，聲音巨大！3.被褥很潮，反映給前台，前台説都這樣。。。。4.進門一股味兒，雖然開着窗還是有房間味兒；5.樓層高，所以遠處車的聲音很大，總以為是在下大雨，其實是馬路上車的聲音；6.衞生間設施簡陋，枱面有掉不下去的黃點，櫥子門透出敷衍感，馬桶一坐上去會晃，放洗髮水、沐浴露的架子快掉下來的樣子。。。。
