The COLI Hotel Jinan

This time, I came to Jinan with friends and casually chose Jinan Zhonghai Kaili Hotel. The experience far exceeded my expectations! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt meticulous care. The front desk staff greeted us with smiles, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. The room was tidy and comfortable, spotless in every corner. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, with both Chinese and Western options being very authentic.A special thanks to the Front Office Manager. When my foreign friend encountered communication difficulties, she provided warm assistance with her fluent English and professional competence. Her elegant demeanor and thoughtful problem-solving made us feel truly valued. This stay was made particularly memorable because of her professional service. We will definitely choose here again on our next visit to Jinan and highly recommend this warm and welcoming hotel to all friends!

Service at the hotel is very good, staff is doing their best to assist, all of them are very polite. Breakfast was amazing, both Chinese and western style. Rooms are clean, comfortable and silent. I only could feel some remaining smell from cigarettes even when I requested non-smoking room. Location in Licheng is really good. Next to the hotel is large shopping mall and in a walking distance is Huashan lake park. Definitely worth to visit.

Great spacious room with plenty of amenities available. In a good location with lots of shops close by. Air conditioning didn’t really work well and room was too hot a lot of the time. When travelling in Jinan I’d definitely stay here again.

This place is simply phenomenal. Ideal location with a mall right next to eat. Food places around here as well gives you a range of delicious food to choose from. The room interior is too classy and stylish. Very affordable and highly recommended.
