Focus on praising the front desk receptionist for greeting guests when they come and saying goodbye when they leave. They try their best to meet the guests' requirements. Kind and polite attitude! The restaurant provides personalized service. Breakfast is extended to 10 o'clock on Saturdays and Sundays. Usually it is 9:30, but we went to eat at 8:30. Many dishes were already bottomed out, but the restaurant continued to make more. Parking is easy around the hotel, which I like. In addition, the hotel also has a laundry room.

We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

The room is big, just a bathtub can be topped by a room, magnificent, the service is also very good, the cleaning aunt is very happy, the front desk is very warm. The twin room without windows on the first night was too hot, and the twin room with windows on the second night was much more comfortable. I never wanted to come to Dongbei to die of heat.

We stayed in a Superior River-view Queen Room at the World Trade Winning Hotel for seven nights. we were able to check in and check out smoothly and done within 10 mins. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Decor is a bit dated but rooms are spacious and well supplied. Shower and bath are pretty efficient. Housekeeping is great and the lady was very helpful and sweet. Consistently good service by staff across the hotel, from the front desk staff to the concierge for baggage storage to restaurant. Over all, a very pleasant 7-day stay. Location is good for getting around by foot but to get a taxi can be a bit challenging as the location of the hotel is not convenient for taxi’s. The night before I left China, there was construction work going on outside the hotel, and the constant noise kept me awake all night, which was a terrible experience.

It's not big, it's apartment-style, there's no safe, no refrigerator or minibar, especially the bathroom is very small, the curtains let light in in the morning, the price is not cost-effective. Hygiene, very clean! The two girls at the front desk on the night of check-in had a strong sense of service, and arranged a suitable room for me according to my needs, which is worthy of praise. Wang Xiaoxue from the hotel's guest department helped me with a late check-out. The breakfast was okay, but the staff in the breakfast room were rather indifferent, not enthusiastic, and didn't provide any service... I asked the waiter for a cup of coffee, and the response was to make it myself. The girls at the noodle stall and the omelette stall had an indifferent face for breakfast for several days! Also, the hotel will give you a set of protective gear when you check in, but it's better not to give this kind of protective gear, it's very difficult to use, and it's not soft.
