AAnonymous UserThe facilities and environment are good! Sanitation and management need to be improved. If you enter a room with a ”Do Not Disturb” sign hanging up, what does the ”Do Not Disturb” sign mean?
The attitude of the front desk is good, but the work standard needs to be improved.
1. When I arrived at the store at 11 o'clock in the evening, there was no one at the front desk. Someone came after a security uncle called. At that time, there were three groups of guests waiting to check in.
2. Regarding the welcome fruits, they were not given on the first night. When I asked about them on the second night, the front desk replied, ”Only for the first time you stay.” But both of my orders showed that they were given as gifts. Later, the front desk said that there were no more ones tonight, and my child pointed to the crisper and said, ”Mom, there are watermelons here.” So the front desk brought some watermelons and grapes to us.

LLorieThe hotel is newly opened and in a good location. It is only a dozen minutes' walk from Xitang Ancient Town (enter from Jijia Lane and Sujia Lane). However, the smell in the room and corridor is still strong! I booked two king-size rooms with my elders. Unfortunately, they were arranged at the end of the endless corridor, and it took several minutes to walk to the elevator! The pillows were also high and it was difficult to fall asleep. What was even more unbearable was that the chickens outside the window at more than three o'clock in the morning made it impossible to sleep. If you can't stand the noise and poor sleep quality, don't live on the roadside.
The floor in the room was a bit uneven.
The breakfast was OK, not big but there was a coffee machine.
Parking was free and there was a parking lot in front of the hotel, which was very convenient
