Jianyang Hotels with Airport pickup service

Overall hotel is good, nice location inside airport, nice and spacious bedroom, nice breakfast and good staff at dining room. But VERY BAD WOMEN FRONT STAFF! My sister can speak Chinese so she speak Chinese with woman at front desk (evening shift on 17/10/2024) when check-in for smooth communication but she gave us bad attitude like don't wanna talk to us and don't gave us any info about breakfast time and facilities. Also another women when we came back to ask about information gave us same bad attitude and bad service mind. Luckily when had breakfast staff at dining room were nice and well served, also when check out male staff at front desk very welcoming and nice so can end my trip at Chengdu not too bad.

I give this hotel 10/10, especially to the guy who helped me navigate the city! I took a taxi to the hotel for 80 yuan and the guy at the hotel told me that it was expensive and I was deceived. He helped me order a taxi from the hotel to the city and in the evening when I was returning I texted him and he also helped me order a taxi. Since I didn't have apps for ordering taxis and subway maps in China, this guy from the hotel helped me make up a subway route and I successfully got to the city center. In the morning, he took me to the airport and other residents and did not take any money at all. I was shocked by such hospitality, it is a wonderful and comfortable hotel and wonderful service! I recommend that anyone who, like me, wants to take a walk in the city for one or two days in transit stay at this hotel! It's new - you can see it from the rooms, I have one photo left - I took photos of the panels on the walls because I liked the design!

Overall it was a good stay with IPTV, shower and bathroom was good enough, bed was also comfortable. There is also free airport transfers that you can arrange beforehand. Do note that there is nothing nearby the hotel, no stores or restaurants so you need to order food delivery

The overall room stay experience is good, and I am used to five-star reviews. The facilities are still very new, especially the 2-meter big bed is very comfortable, the bedding and towels are clean, and breakfast is prepared when I go to the airport at 5 am. I have a few suggestions. One is that the lobby, corridors, and staircases are newly renovated and still smell a bit strong. You can use some activated carbon to accelerate the odor. Another is that the laundry room can add a separate dryer as appropriate. Otherwise, if the washing and drying are not separated, the efficiency of washing clothes will be very low when time is tight.

Flight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off. Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers. Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business. The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos. Overall ok for just 1 night stay.

Facilities: Intelligent furniture, toilet heating, electric curtains Hygiene: The sanitary conditions are very good. There is a light fragrance when you enter the room. Environment: The 2.7-meter double bed room we booked has a very good night view outside. The floor-to-ceiling glass of the window overlooks the beautiful scenery. It is really good. Service: The service is really very good. No matter the service attitude or small requirements, it can be fully satisfied. Tianfu Airport pick-up and drop-off: This special service is so considerate, and several people helped me carry my luggage. I was embarrassed. The lady who picked up and dropped off the airport made me feel very comfortable regardless of her attitude and knowledge. This service is really amazing. Generally speaking, this hotel is the best hotel I have visited near Chengdu. The only disadvantage is that there are few attractions nearby. It is fine for leisure vacation, but if you want to visit other attractions in Chengdu, it is recommended to rent a car to visit before staying. After all, the distance between attractions is It’s too far. In Chengdu, the cost of Didi alone for our family is more than RMB 1,000.

It is very convenient to take the bus from the airport to the hotel. When the bus arrived, the enthusiastic guy rushed to help with the luggage. Thanks to him, I was able to free my hands when I left the next day. The room was very clean and beautiful, and the facilities were also new. It was really worth it and highly recommended!

7 Days Inn, Tianfu. Near to Chengdu TFU airport. Booked this from Trip.com for RM 135 (USD 29). They provide free shuttles from the airport. The hotel is new, clean, toiletries (including towels) are in sealed bags, staff is friendly too & conveniently surrounded with restaurants & shops that open till 2am. Breakfast delivered to room (complimentary). If you ever need a layover hotel near Chengdu Tianfu Airport, this is highly recommended, especially when you take an Airasia flight from KL. It arrives at 1040pm. Last train at 11pm. Confirm cannot make it. Well, there is always a taxi to the city centre. For me, who has connecting flight on next day, this is a convenient layover hotel.

Clean and helpful front desk , the hotel location abit far from the airport , but got shelter bus service. Please call the hotel make sure you are waiting g at the right gate

We have booked a room in this hotel many times. Perfect for staying and hanging around with family. It is a huge property with impressive buildings and gardens. It also provides excellent venue for frequent travelers as it is located near the airport and hourly pick & drop service is available. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. All amenities are available within the complex including restaurants, cafes, gym, bar and swimming pool etc.
