隔音不好，隔壁談話的聲音都聽到。找來客服提醒隔壁住客小聲説話才能入睡。衞生設施老舊，淋浴排水不暢導致外溢到洗漱區

設備老舊，衞生間燈光昏暗，淋浴水小，如同小雞尿尿；最可恨的身為四星酒店早餐衹提供米線一碗，還理直氣壯的聲稱是因為住客少，根本不配四星標準。
