服務人員都很好，還告訴附近好吃好玩的，環境也好，房間也大實打實的面積，乾濕分離很乾凈，比建水古鎮裏面真的是好的不是一點兩點，早餐有米線，品種也不少，週末有小麪包週一就沒有了，性價比很高。
