酒店位置靠近慈溪湖，想去紫陶街還比較方便，房間中規中矩，對於家庭房來説面積確實小了一些。

這個酒店性價比絕對超值了。在主幹道上交通方便，又不堵車。有停車場，還有人指揮停車維持秩序。房間雖然小，但是乾淨温馨，提供免費黑咖啡。洗澡水超好。去建水城內景點打車都是起步價。早餐花樣少點，不過送了孩子早餐，也不貴。很不錯。

打車去古城12分鐘，去火車站18分鐘。房間衞生過關，安靜，早餐有米線、水果、蔬菜等，不錯。

早餐沒必要訂了走幾步就是雷老六米線再走幾步就是回回過橋園還有菜市場也不遠，店裡的也就是十塊二十塊米線一碗吃得飽放心吧過年期間回回也開門。

非常優質的酒店，性價比太高了，房間面積很大，裝修很新，有自己的停車場，周圍環境安靜，對自駕友好，距離古城和紫陶街夜市都不遠，來建水沒必要非住在古城裡，房間大小，裝修，隔音，停車這些因素都達不到最好，反正建水不大，住在外圍更舒適。
