The other went to the front desk to ask the water heater if it was not hot. After asking twice, the front desk replied ”I can't help it” and asked the old lady to go back and wait. It's not about the attitude of hanging up. The elderly were not frozen, and finally called me. I went down and told the front desk that I was still asking me to go back and wait. I was annoyed. Later, the elderly repeatedly asked to come to the room to see the water heater. It rose 1 degree in 5 minutes, and waited for half an hour. The water heater was 34 degrees. Finally, we asked to open a room to take a bath. The front desk does not respect the elderly, and the attitude that basic problems are not solved is not very service conscious, which is very chilling. Seeing that there are also complaints that there is no service, and there is no problem to solve, no empathy. It seems that the complaint about this hotel service is not an example. There is no simple Jianshui people who have met for shopping and eating. Choose carefully with older children!

The location is great, right next to Guangci Lake on Zitao Street. The snack street and night market in the evening are just downstairs. The boss is very nice and runs this B&B with great care. Every detail of the software and hardware is very good! There is also a place to dry clothes in the backyard. They patiently helped me light up the clothes to dry at night. Thank you again.
