這次雲南之旅最喜歡的民宿，我覺得也是建水民宿裏面數一數二的了，院子鬧中取靜，一共衹有6間房，房間都是老房子重新修繕的，透着一股古樸的味道，是我很喜歡的風格，一些小細節還做得特別好，希望下次去還是這裏。

建水這家老院改造民宿，地近古城，鬧中取靜，未經過度漆繪，佈局靈活，裝飾用心，與平遙一得客棧、昭化辜家大院、南靖青普行館、陽城進士第……，同列古宅民宿雋品！小有瑕疵者，如淋浴下水不暢，房門無法關嚴且無紗門以及門窗早起遮光之類，建議改進，瑕不掩瑜，滿意
