非常精美的宅院，服務也非常好，體會到了賓至如歸。值得提醒的是，酒店大廳的安保不太仔細，我看到有至少四個非酒店住户進入酒店參觀。這一點有點令人擔憂。

Stepping into the hotel, the four-courtyard building from the late Qing Dynasty is antique, quiet and elegant. Every corner exudes a unique historical charm, making us feel like traveling through time and space. Here, there is not only a pleasant environment, but also your warm and thoughtful service. From the caring guidance at check-in, to the careful preparation of meals, and the reluctant farewell at check-out, every detail is full of your care. The meals are delicious, and each dish satisfies our taste buds and warms our hearts. Mr. Luo and all his colleagues' meticulous care for the guests, especially the care of details, made us really feel the warmth of home. In Jianshui, in Tingziyun, it is comfort and ease. This trip has become better because of you. Thank you for your hard work and look forward to seeing you again next time!

Ting Ziyun Hotel is great. It was the residence of Huang Jin, a wealthy businessman in the Qing Dynasty. It is a century-old house in Jianshui, quiet in the bustling city. During the Spring Festival, my family came to Jianshui for a self-driving trip. When the car entered Jianshui, the hotel arranged staff to arrange parking spaces in the parking lot. The hotel's eldest brother chef was very enthusiastic. We booked a bamboo courtyard king-size bed room for two days. On the second day, General Manager Luo upgraded us to a camphor suite. The hotel provides free breakfast, afternoon tea in the afternoon, and barbecue in the evening. You can taste all the specialties of Jianshui without leaving the hotel. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. General Manager Luo Jianbo is very dedicated, enthusiastic and attentive. You must stay here when you come to Jianshui.

When we go on a family trip, we usually choose a five-star hotel, but we have never felt as warm and satisfied as staying at Tingziyun! The simple and quiet environment, exquisite afternoon tea, interesting vegetarian barbecue, and authentic breakfast! Living in a century-old building, listening to history, tasting black tea, both body and mind are relaxed! We have two adults and two children, and all food and drink are unlimited! What's even more heartwarming is that we can go back for lunch after shopping to avoid being hungry😁 Knowing that we are in a hurry to get on the road, they specially packed snacks and fruits for us to eat on the way👍👍It's so warm, and they care about you like family!
