位置好，在古城內，旁邊是一個大停車場，走幾分鐘就到古城的12井位置，朝陽樓也很近。本想在建水住一晚就走，沿着小火車的玩玩停停，驚喜多多。

在建水古城邊，並沒有之前擔心的隔音不好，很安靜，很舒服，房間很大，出門走幾步便是古城中心，門口有大停車場，非常方便，老闆娘很友善，她家兒子款捲髮，很帥氣有靈氣！喜歡這裏，有假的感覺，另外，要給建水好評啊！特別適合慵懶的玩幾天～雙會橋喝咖啡曬太陽等列車，超棒！

老闆服務態度很好，提前諮詢耐心回答，每日提供清爽可口的米線外加一個嫩滑的雞蛋，房間空調很熱，衞浴間也有取暖裝置
