民宿位置很好，就在廣慈湖邊，也在紫陶街（夜市街）附近，步行五分鐘可到，逛街吃東西都很方便，出門右轉王胖胖燒烤推薦哈，離古城什麼的都不遠，房間乾淨衞生，設施也比較有質感，衞浴也都是品牌，前台小姐姐特別好，點贊👍早餐也是民宿阿姨自己做的，乾淨衞生，食材新鮮，米線也不錯，下次來建水還住麥丘！

地理位置優越，窗外正對廣慈湖，走幾百米就是紫陶街，離建水古城也不遠，下樓走幾步就有一條街晚上都是熱鬧的燒烤店，但酒店又鬧中取靜，一點也不吵。
房間設施很新，衞生做得不錯，最喜歡的是洗漱台，超級大，一家三口洗漱化粧互相不打擾。
六樓有個公共大露台，晚上吹吹晚風看看湖景吃吃宵夜簡直不要太愜意。
服務也很貼心，車子停在民宿的車庫裡，小姐姐會幫忙停車挪車。
這個價格能住到這樣的民宿真的很驚喜，一掃前一晚住的撫仙湖800多一晚0服務衞生極差的民宿的不愉快，對建水這個城市充滿了好感。

這個民宿位置很好 服務很好 房型很不錯！主要的人真的不錯 給我們升級了房型 因為我外出在外沒有帶電腦 論文很着急要改要交 就問前台小姐姐，前台小姐姐就把電腦借我改了😭真的太感動了！我下次一定還回來住這個酒店！姐姐們都很温柔 服務很好 衞生很乾凈！阿姨煮的米線超級好吃！！一定一定要住這個酒店啊啊啊！

在建水住過最舒服，服務態度最好的酒店！住了三晚之後，挪到古城旁邊住想着體驗一下古城那邊，結果古城小桂湖附近的酒店吵死了，蚊子還多，我們趕緊退掉另一晚，又來麥丘入住了！！
大堂裝修很漂亮，房間也很大，湖景房景觀絕了，像一幅壁畫，走路到紫陶街也很方便，還可以沿着湖散步，晚上很安靜，我會推薦給我朋友家人們！對了，這是我住過服務態度最好，最體貼的酒店，我們大大小小很多人，但是前台還是非常耐心細緻地滿足我們任何的要求，服務態度無敵了！！！！♥️
