The hotel location and room price was both ok, but I did not like the general cleaning level, I found a bone on the floor near the door and other parts were not so clean. Moreover there were lights above the bed that stayed opened and cannot be closed, I had to cover them with towels in order to have a proper sleep

This stay was a great experience! From booking to check-out, the entire process was very smooth. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and many restaurants and shopping places nearby. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities and the bed is extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a good dream every night. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. Everyone is smiling and helpful. The breakfast is rich in variety and of high quality, meeting all my taste needs. Highly recommended to friends who are looking for high-quality accommodation!

I read the reviews before and said there was a problem with mice🐭. I asked about it when I checked in. The front desk vaguely said that there was a mousetrap tool. Now the mice are basically gone, but the ceiling started to move on the first night😅, What annoyed me the most was that a service staff who looked like an aunt knocked on my door at 1:00 in the morning. It turned out that the WI-FI of the next-door tenant couldn’t connect to the WI-FI of my room. He asked me about the sleeping tenant, and then I couldn't fall asleep, and I went out to complain to the front desk at dawn and didn't get any feedback! 😓

衞生乾淨整潔，房間寬敞。位置好，停車場大停車方便。酒店後面有好多餐館，吃東西方便。開票方便，附近出差值得推薦。

房間還可以，有發現奇怪的東西，前台讓阿姨來檢查發現是護髮素，換了一個枕套，沒什麼大問題。但是前台服務態度很拉垮，因為著急考試忘記帶准考證了，加上又是晚上10點打印店都關門了。想請前台幫忙打印一下，推三阻四，到對面酒店付0.5毛錢幫忙打印了。

房間床都是爛的，還有嘎吱嘎吱聲，房間有遺漏東西，打電話問説稍後給我答覆，然後一直沒有答覆，服務態度賊差，房間有遺漏東西給，都能給弄不見，房間也小衞生間地上有頭髮還有浴室滴漏有頭髮，賊垃圾

有幾個地方可以改進一下，第一，燒開水的壺太小了一點，因為在外住宿，一般都會把喝茶的杯以及刷牙的杯先用開水燙一遍，現在的壺太小，一壺衹能燙兩個杯。 第二，電風筒太小。 第三，有些房間窗簾設計的不好，左右邊邊遮不嚴實，睡覺的時候透光，影響睡眠。 別的方面服務以及衞生等都很好。
