Hotel parking very difficult to find as it was only partially opened in Oct 2024. I don’t like the bbq food store right outside the hotel entrance as it created a lot of smoke and make the hotel downgraded with a local food street right outside. The hotel offer excellent breakfast, very healthy food, lots of steam buns and vegetables 👍🏻

the location is great. but the access to carpark is a bit obscure - the local amap navigation makes up for it. the rooms are spacious and clean. staff are all friendly.

It was said that it was upgraded to level 2, but when I took a shower, I found that the two bottles in the bathroom were full of shampoo...others were okay.

The room is very clean, hygienic and comfortable. It is the first choice for subsequent business trips.

The elevator cannot reach the hotel lobby directly. You need to change the entrance on the first floor to get to the lobby. However, there are no instructions in the parking lot. You can only call to ask; There are very few breakfast varieties and the taste is average. There is another shortcoming, although it is not a shortcoming of the hotel, but the Baidu map locates the whole season and navigates to Wanda Plaza. But in fact, the whole season is on the side, and you have to go around in a circle to get there.

The room is nice and clean. The location of the hotel is also good. It's right next to Wanda Plaza. However, the underground garage is terrible. It's very dirty and the lights are dim. I hope the underground garage can be improved.

After staying for two days, I had to mop the floor and mop the water like crazy every time after taking a shower! ! ! Service: There is no service at all, but at this price, you can’t expect anything more, but you stay in hotels in so many places! I have never encountered a situation where the cleaning lady took away the room card directly when cleaning. I called the front desk to ask, and the front desk just said that this happened, without apology, and did not even think about taking it back, because I I hurried out and argued a few times before getting my room card back. I was really impressed. Another thing is, I don’t know if it’s a regional issue or something else, but even children in this hotel need to provide their ID cards. The hotel should inform them in advance, whether they call customers or go to the reservation interface, after all, not everyone carries it with them. The ID card of the child, and some of the children were not born in time. Although it was finally solved by providing the name and photo of the ID card to the public security for filing, it is obvious that you can call the customer in advance to inform the customer, or provide special instructions on the reservation interface, so that the customer can be updated. Good experience. After staying at All Seasons, I realized how delicious Atour is, both in terms of service and cleanliness.

It was my first time to search for Jiangmen. The hotel service is very good; Jiji is a standardized hotel with relatively high cost performance. Overall, I am very satisfied. It is next to Wanda Plaza.

Clean and good service attitude

Breakfast hygiene was extremely poor. The table was full of garbage and no one was cleaning it. When I called the waiter, they told me to just do my own thing and showed no courtesy at all.

Too bad. It has already been reviewed on another platform, so refer to the worst review. The hotel room is pretty good, bigger than newer rooms. However, the management staff has been negligent in their duties. If the staff below are not well managed, just replace them. Don't use the excuse of one month of opening to deal with the residents. I really don’t recommend it. The punishment is the same as mine. When traveling, go to Atour and All Seasons first. If you don’t need the experience, come here.
