That was very very nice views hotel. very clean

Wake up with the sea view is totally my dream. One of the best location to stay in Jeju.

One of the better hotels that we stayed at in Jeju, lots of food options within 10minutes drive, convenient stores as well e.g slowboat atelier was a decent fine. Located on outskirts of Jeju city. Great view with beach nearby. Room was big, staff were friendly.

The cleaner did not refill vanity kit, the hair blower is out of order. There is no service at all

Uni hotel is near to the coast. Spacious room & bright lightings. However, the bed frames is abit torn. And there are stains on the wall.

Uni Hotel was a beautiful place to spend the night - the staff were courteous and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the whole hotel felt luxurious. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next morning before heading out for the day. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The location is great for a quiet holiday where you can enjoy morning walks and an uninterrupted sea view. The lady who we met behind the counter on arrival wasn’t very helpful, and we had to ask if we could keep our bags until check in, we also had to ask if the hotel had any umbrellas so we could walk around in the rain as check in was 2 hours away and we had just arrived from the airport after a long flight. The man we met at checkout was so friendly, and cheerful at 5am in the morning. He helped us get a taxi to the airport. The room we stayed in was clean, and it was great to have the use of the pool however the pool and the windows definitely had not been cleaned so it completely blocks the seaview you are paying for. Overall it was a bit of an average stay but not disappointing!

It is located best along the ocean in the Jeju. although furniture is old, it is fine and works well. The key point is cleanliness. It is the worst I have ever visited. If you want to check in, you must have a lint roller for hair which is not yours.

Jeju Island Uni Hotel This is the hotel I used while conducting a seminar in Korea and Japan. It is very clean and the staff is friendly.

The hotel is too old, the facilities are old, and the transportation is inconvenient (it takes ten minutes to walk after getting off the bus. There are only two roads to choose from, both of which pass through the village. One of the roads requires you to climb over the dirt slope from the back of the hotel and walk from the parking lot to the front of the hotel!! Girls should not go out alone at night, the village is really dark, very dark) The floor of the room is very old, the seams are very dirty, the air conditioner and refrigerator are very loud... I want to complain about the low efficiency of the front desk. It took me half an hour to change a room! ! (I only took the room card and found that it was the last room. I went downstairs to communicate without entering the room door) It was also my birthday that day. Because of the garbage efficiency of the front desk, I didn’t go on the sea fishing I had arranged. It was outrageous and a very disappointing accommodation experience Friends who see this review of mine should think carefully... If you give it a score of 1, I will give this score to the sea view.

There was a lot of dust at the entrance to the coffee boat, so I requested a replacement. Check-in was at 3:00, but I tried to check in at around 2:40, but they said it starts at 3:00 sharp. There were no guests at that time, so it wasn't crowded. I thought I could check in at 3:00, but they said no. Up until now, this was the first place I've been to that announced that check-in itself, not 3:00, 'starts at 3:00 sharp'. I asked about the cost of room upgrades and they said they'd contact me, but they never contacted me.

I was stunned when I entered the room. It was much bigger than I thought! I stayed for two nights. The breakfast was not very extensive, but it was changed every day. The view was great when I opened the curtains in the morning and evening! The hotel is right outside the sea, with few people and beautiful scenery!
