Good stay, area is very good and the service as well

This is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.

Service are terrible, there was not towels, I called a twice and they did not bring it …

I almost went to the wrong place. It's very close to the beach. You can go to see the sea and eat seafood. But it's a bit far from the city center. Towels and toothbrushes are not provided inside! You have to prepare them yourself.

The air conditioner is loud, the service is OK, but it is too noisy to sleep. It is difficult to fall asleep at night. The hotel provides dinner delivery service, which is delicious and has a wide variety of typical Arabic meals.

The price of the hotel is quite reasonable in Saudi Arabia. The room is large, the lighting is good, and the cost performance is high. There is a big fountain next to it, and it is very beautiful by the sea. The location is still good, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. The disadvantage is that the facilities are relatively old. The hotel system is really interesting. They arranged a room that has not been checked out, and you have to go to the front desk to change it. The door lock is particularly difficult to open. It depends on luck every time you open the door. It takes many attempts to open it when you ask the waiter to open it. There is no chair in the room to use the computer, but there is a sofa outside, so you can make do with it. In general, it is still good, and the flaws do not outweigh the merits.
