Hotels with Breakfast in Jambi

I love Aston Jambi, their staff if so helpful. Overall their room is good, clean, and quite. Whenever I'm back to jambi I will stay again in Aston Jambi. I have no photo of the room but I have photo of the breakfast they have. Thank you Aston Jambi

Its the 4th times I stay in Swissbell Jambi during my business trip. Nothing words can describes the authentic breakfast menu, what i love are the traditional foods. What a tremendeus experience to taste foods from local or even from another areas which have a uniqe food. The room also big compare to the next hotel. Thus i kept to choose this hotel during my trip to Jambi. Not limited to business trip only, but also for pleasure. I kept choose swissbell network across Indonesia.

Very very disappointing!!!! I stayed at 610. And by the time we stepped out of the lift, we could smell rubbish in the air.. And then, We experienced a very bad service, with misleading information given by receptionist, housekeepin and the laundry form. We would like to have pressing service, they said it’s not available and we need to go with complete laundry or dry clean service and we are fine with that (however, pressing services are available in the form!). They confirmed that the laundry can be done within hours and we can have the clothes by tonight. Turned out when we call the housekeeping service to order the service, They cannot do that as it was already passed the service hours. Wait what? Why was it so different? Housekeeping said that We need to drop the clothes by 12 noon at the latest to have it done by tonight. However, something odd that it was clearly stated in the laundry form that there are 2 laundry services, i.e laundry received from 8-10 and returned at 17.00 on the same day; and laundry services applicable from 8-16.00 returned/sent on the same day within 4hrs with extra charge of 100% from normal price - which we are fine with such clause. When I argued with the statement in the form, they said that they just changed the vendor, and this current one has “operational hour”. They also said the receptionist doesnt know the current situation so they confirmed that it can be done. ***! Why do I need to know such answer?? And why do u need to throw ur team under the bus? What an ATTITUDE! I complaint to the receptionist - who confirmed before, for giving me wrong information and also questioned the different information within hotel staff. They apologized and mentioned that my call to the housekeeping was taken by the intern. So?? It didnt change the fact that the information on the paper and from the staffs are different. They also said that they will revise the laundry form accordingly. Yeah right! They said that they’ll send an iron here, but it’s been 30 mins, and I hear nothing!!

The overall aspect in this hotel Odua Weston Jambi is beyond my expectation. The location is strategic and it has the best service from all other hotels I know in this town. The breakfast, staff, and especially its massage of Alaya Spa are wonderfully amazing. Surely I would love to visit this Hotel again

Wiltop Hotel provide complimentary shuttle service from Airport, the room were spacious and I got an upgrade to a room with River View overlooking the Batanghari River. It has all of the essentials that you would need during your stay. The staff were courteous, friendly and never hesitate to help when we approached them. All in all, it was a terrific stay. Would definitely stay here during next visit.

Orders for other people, he said, were better compared to his brother. (eternal grand). the food and service are good, just keep it up. very spacious parking

The hotel room needs to be cleaned more, the card holder is broken, just taped and needs to be replaced. Because it often falls and makes Padang electricity. The breakfast is delicious and the menu is quite extensive, there is also a welcome drink

Clean, good, just right, anyway, polls are really satisfied, it's really worth it

Great hotel a little bit outside the city center of Jambi at an quite but still very convenient location. The premises are great with lovely landscape. The breakfast was fabulous. The room was clean but was a bit worn here and there. Still a very pleasant experience! I recommend to stay here if you visit Jambi.

Such a kind love hotel, when entering the receptionist greetings me wanna to have massage? That make me so awkward, Hmm actually i am already booked overnight here. The room so bright lighting, clean, nice, and compact. They gave me room in first floor heading hotel front side so i got window with view and fresh air too. Tha bathroom also clean and water shower debit so strong thats very awesome. The hotel spa facilities are so complete, provide fresh water pool, hot water pool, whirlpool, sauna, laundry, lockers, towels, massage room, elevator, and resto. But they not fully gave nice information and privileges about spa to hotel guest, so i am declined to use it. So after all this hotel just qualifies mediocre.
