I stayed in the smallest room, but it was very well designed and perfectly comfortable, with an excellent bed. The hotel is also very quiet, which I really appreciated. Overall, it felt less like a hotel and more like staying with a caring family. Highly recommended."

"This hotel is amazing from check in to the Airport shuttle bus, room and breakfast. The staff were so lovely, polite, helpful and caring. Exspeally Thuong ( Tara ) she was so beautiful, helpful, caring and always wanting to help. Always smiling and very professional. The room was very good and always clean. The sea view was amazing too. Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. Overall a great stay and made our holiday special. Thank you. We will be back 😁"

"My friends and I staying in this hotel for 5days 4nights. We specifically decided not to have house keeping, and kept the DO NOT Disturb sign hanging on the room handle.  But on our second last day, after returning from Cham Island back to the hotel, we were shocked that our hotel room opened and 2 cleaners walked into our presence.  We recycled using the towels, keeping the garbage packed and left them outside the room ."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's a leisurely 7-minute walk to a nice, clean beach. There's a Russian restaurant right in the building, which my child enjoyed (unfortunately, they didn't take to Vietnamese cuisine at all). Just a 4-minute walk away is Kim by Kim, the best currency exchange in Da Nang. There are also many motorbike rentals nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring in all directions. The rooftop pool is clean and warm (unlike the ocean), and right next to it is a lounge area with sofas, and towels are provided. There's also a shower and sink nearby, which is handy for a quick rinse. Our room was clean and comfortable."

"1. The Brilliant Hotel boasts a superb location for exploring Da Nang. Its back entrance, conveniently located right next to the Satya Hotel, offers easy access to Han Market and surrounding shopping areas. Our Grand Suite offered breathtaking panoramic views of the Han River, including the iconic Dragon Bridge. The spectacular night view, in particular, was truly memorable and added to the charm. 2. Upon check-in, we received a spa voucher offering a generous 30% discount. Compared to other spas in the area, the prices were very reasonable. Being an in-house hotel spa, the facilities were impeccably clean and hygienic, providing a serene atmosphere for a truly relaxing experience. The ability to walk in and enjoy a treatment without prior reservation or waiting was a huge plus. 3. On our last day, we had a late-night flight and needed to check out late and head to the airport. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a special packed meal for us. The meal, which we enjoyed at the airport well past midnight, was absolutely delicious, and we were deeply touched by this incredibly thoughtful gesture. 4. The rooftop Top Bar serves both lunch and dinner. Unlike the often crowded and bustling restaurants near Han Market, this establishment provides a tranquil and upscale setting where guests can savor their meals while enjoying beautiful panoramic views of the Han River. While I initially expected the prices to be on the higher side, they were actually very reasonable, even compared to other nearby restaurants. Considering the excellent food quality and the sophisticated ambiance, our satisfaction was exceptionally high. 5. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Throughout our trip, we also stayed at a 5-star hotel in the city center and a luxury resort on Non Nuoc Beach, but the staff at Brilliant Hotel truly stood out, offering the warmest and most attentive service we experienced. Ms./Mr. Nguyen at the front desk was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, assisting with everything from check-in to check-out, arranging the airport packed meal, and providing shuttle information. Their support made our stay incredibly comfortable. Moreover, when I went for a spa treatment, I had my child with me, so I opted for a foot massage. Our therapist, Li, was wonderfully engaging, naturally entertaining my child throughout the session. It was truly impressive to see my child, who had been quite shy and reserved throughout our entire trip, confidently extend their foot and ask for a massage from Li."

"fast check in and check out. quiet room, inexpensive room rate, ok room. fussy people not suitable. cleaning everyday. restaurant surrounding. low season, not many tourist stay in. comfort bed and pillow, but bed sheet got little stain (also the wall), it was ok for me. bottle water, 3in1 coffee, kettle, toiletries, water pressure strong and hot enough. tv, hair dryer."

"Although it's a 4-star hotel, the service was truly impeccable. They even sent flowers and pastries to the breakfast room for my birthday! We booked a two-bedroom suite on the first floor for 4 nights during Chinese New Year, totaling 2900 RMB. At just over 700 RMB a night for a two-bedroom, the price was incredibly good value. The hotel's location is super convenient, with easy access to dining, shopping, and the beach. The breakfast selection was also extensive. A perfect trip overall!"
