"The apartment is conveniently located, it is one block from Central Market and Chinatown, 15 minutes walk from Rundle Mall. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is clean and spacious. It has a big living room, kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave and fridge, also it has a washer and dryer, laundry detergent provided. The bathroom is average size, may be because the washer and dryer are in there. Underground parking is $30 per night. I definitely would stay here again if I visit Adelaide again."

"The property is tidy but it’s not soundproof, you can hear the voice from other room and also outside. The good thing about staff are friendly and polite. The location is nearly at the end of the cbd if you prefer a little quite and far from noisy surroundings especially in cbd it’s a great place to stay."

"The location is excellent, right by Glenelg Beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Driving to Adelaide city center or the airport takes only 15 to 30 minutes. The hotel also has a casino and a bar where you can enjoy a drink or try your luck. While the hotel shows its age a bit, it's clean and the rooms are spacious enough. Breakfast was just average, with limited food choices, but the view was lovely. The paid parking lot is not in the same building as the hotel; it's across the street, about 30 steps away, so you'll need to carry your luggage over."

"Adelaide is in the palm of your hand. This hotel is in the north. It takes four stops by bus to the city center, and it takes about 25 minutes to walk. There are direct trains to the market. It is surrounded by places to eat. I booked a room with a balcony, can sleep four people, have a refrigerator and so on. be quiet. Bottled water is charged, but there are tips. The hotel restaurant is good. A family of four definitely does not need an extra bed. Recommended."

"I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again."

"Ordinary motel, the facilities are a bit old, there is a distance from the beach, it is estimated to take about 20 minutes to walk. The key is that there is always a damp and moldy smell in the room, and it is the same if you change a room. It is estimated to be a common phenomenon. A month in Australia, is the most uncomfortable hostel in Melbourne and Adelaide. Not recommended."

"Hi how are you back iptuor to Covid I had stayed at the oaks many many times and the spa was then out of order and again it seams it’s still out of service this needs to be fixed thank you and if stay for often .. I’d also like to add the sauna the wood is almost falling the wall on the right hand side a bit maintenamce is needed in there .. and to up keep with all around existing hotels Filtered water and cups not the fountain Out side the spa as you can get vide hydrated in there … I was dizzy stepping out of due to my own fault drinking alcohol all night and then the sauna anyways I good coles water straight out side the spa would be perfect thank you The room it self was very beautiful I’d actual love to purchase one of the rooms and actual live there once the spas in working order My son stayed there a month years ago with airforce coming back from Wagga Wagga at 19-21 yrs the Air Force funded his stay and I stayed with him and il never forget the very special family memories perfect spot tram ****** train all very good 9/10 10/10 if you did some maintenance in the sauna and have the spa up and running the day the spa is working email me and il stay .2 /3 nights"

"No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change"
